Our stay was absolutely perfect! Our host was communicative every time i reached out! The place was clean and comfortable!! Our host even went above and beyond and left flowers for my mom as we were celebrating her birthday and her success of beating breast cancer! Its so close to everything! The communication was great to get checked in and out. Even though it accepts pets it was VERY clean! Maybe a few more towels, including hand towels in the bathroom would be nice. We used it for a holiday weekend with lots of family activities so it was a nice space to all be together when we were done for the day.

Interesting older home and neighborhood to explore. Close to many attractions. Very dog friendly with small fenced yard. Host was very helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay. We will book again when we return to KC

I think this stay was okay! In great location in terms of close to Q39 and StreetCar, but, hot water did not work in the master bedroom. There was no description of the fancy shower that liked, there were no lights in the living room. Wifi was a bit slow for a work trip. Would recomend but also know these things! the one bathtub also had brown markings in it that did not come off

Very close to everything, quiet street. Only street parking but it was never a problem parking in front. Would suggest providing some instructions for how to operate the space-age shower in the master bath!

Great location to KU Hospital

Great location to KU Hospital. Not a fancy place...a little worn and threadbare, but very clean. Would be nice if there was a typed welcome book that explained how to use the TV and what the wifi password is, places to eat nearby, etc.Could use an upgrade in pots/pans and bowls for food prep. Otherwise, great.Mikhail is a great host and very attentive when I did reach out to him.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood

The house is as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. The enclosed backyard was perfect since we had our dog. Kitchen had the very basic amenities, coffee included. Each bed is different in firmness so there is a choice there. Parking on the street was not an issue except one night there was a concert near, still parked w/in a block. I just wish I could have figured out the fancy shower off the master bedroom. There were zero check-out instructions that we could find so tried to do the typical minimum.
