I'm very disappointed with the 901 restaurant. I ordered a omelet and french toast and a orange they charged me 161.00 . I called to get an itemized copy of my bill no response from them. I called the front desk they keep transferring to 901 restaurant and no one answers. I will not recommend them at all. This was such a bad experience for a first time visitor to the state and hotel.

Tasha at the front desk was awesome! So friendly and helpful! We had some hair left from previous guest that was kind of nasty in the shower and the pool had some glasses under the tables and couches that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Room could have been a little cooler but I think it was due to the major heat at the time. Overall, it was great and classy! We enjoyed our stay!

Nice property, Great location, secure parking is a requirement, Options for food onsite and nearby, staff is quite friendly. We stayed on the First Floor and were woken up quite a bit by the neighbors door being knocked on very early and then something going on, on the second floor above so, lots of Moviing around and banging sounds. I feel like that was more about our location then the overall hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night only. Check in is at 4pm, we arrive around 4:30pm and our room wasn’t ready yet, he did give us a $50 dine in credit to wait for about 15mins for them to “inspect” the room. When about to sleep I untucked the blanket and notice the sheets didn’t cover the bed at the end, and I’ve seen other hotels do better (yes it bothers me because every time I left the blanket the flat sheet covering the mattress comes up with it as well.) The next morning came one floor up for breakfast. As me and my daughter came out of the elevator another employee enter as we left and said “Omg would you guys stop farting in here” and trust me that smell was there before we got in the elevator and I trust me I didn’t respond like he did. I did say back that it wasn’t even us. But for someone that work there to say that to a hotel guest, hotel doesn’t seem very upscale to me, and we paid $223 for a night, definitely a no next time for me. Save money and go somewhere else, I’ve stayed at way less hotels and had better experiences.

Sweet GEM with amazing service!

This was a lovely SUMMER trip to KC to see our son who’s doing an engineering internship. It was 5 days of great food, pool time and friendly staff. Great location for entertainment and walking to any event you’d like. Had an issue with HOT water and they were so KIND to move us to a new room and it felt like an upgrade for sure. Daily cleaning and touch up of our room was so so nice! We will return! Lots of people celebrating engagement parties, bridal showers and birthdays! Special memories for ALL!
