Comfortable and quiet. Very nice room.
We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Condition of the rooms were very dated. Scuffs on the walls, uncomfortable furniture, no drawers for clothing….one room had a closet light that went on and off all day and night. Kerig coffee makers are old style. Only DECAF coffee pods and 2 tea pods in one room when we arrived. My son’s room was booked as a KING…he was assigned a room with 2 beds. Room 315 had sounds above them 24/7 that he described as having a “bowling alley” above them. Room 317 had regular feelings of a shaking like you feel in a minor earthquake tremor. ?????? The website shows pics of the coffee shop serving a buffet style breakfast… nope, it’s only pre-made stuff that they reheat for you and it’s a very limited selection. Website says there’s a restaurant called “Parker”…nope. The only food menu is thru the rooftop lounge and it’s a limited (bit good) menu of appetizer small plates a few entrees (they don’t inform you of this at check in. We reserved a cabana for $400 for 3 hrs at the rooftop pool. Tony was excellent and took good care of us…however, once again, the glass along the lap pool was splattered with something that looked like paint or caulking. ??? I could wipe it off with a wet finger. Clean it!!! Overall, we were expecting a really impressive, boutique style hotel and “splurged” for it. Very disappointing! What you see in the pics on their website and the descriptions are not accurate. Buyer beware.

The staff was excellent! Jason at the front desk is exceptional. He went over and above to help me with every question, need, and experience! The Breakfast staff at the restaurant, the bar tender at the bar, and the staff In the Solarium were all professional and friendly. The valet staff were friendly and professional also. I felt very safe, and happy! The hotel is lovely and my room was beautiful With a fantastic tub (which I requested)
