Bathroom exhaust didn’t work. Felt like once car was garaged by valet that anything needed out of the car required valet taking car out of garage. Hotel has changed their check in policy to an hour later than what Orbitz had listed. Staff seemed inconvenienced regarding. Like the location however, felt downtown kc Indigo was much better.

Location is awesome. Very close to Grinders concert venue if you’re looking to catch a show. Great spot for scootering around downtown. Hotel was nice. Smells like cookies in the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and was very helpful when we were looking for guidance on walking to various amenities nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a very nice experience for us.

The property is absolutely gorgeous in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint and that is that our room faced Grand Street and the noise from the traffic was very loud in the evening. I would definitely stay there again but would ask for a room not facing the street.

Our check in person was excellent. Helped us dins parking.

Left over drinks in the refrigerator and when we asked to clean up, they left cleaning supplies in the room. Also very dusty in places inside the room. Very cool atmosphere, just cleanliness was sub par

I loved the location of this property. It was in a really cool part of the city. Walkable to Union Station, WWI monument, and Jack Stacks BBQ. Parking was actually on the street or valet. Luckily, there was no charge for street parking because it was a weekend. Surprised that the front desk employee wasn’t wearing a mask. Also, best shower in a hotel ever....amazing water pressure!

Building was great, Staff were excellent, and the room was amazing. There were fewer amenities (no bar or food services), but this was because of Covid--NOT because of the hotel.

Big room, very modern and clean, friendly staff, would recommend

Smell in hallways and lobby, but not room. Exceptional room!

My room was beautiful and I would have given it 5 stars except for the complete lack of security. I returned to my room late at night to find the door propped open by the deadbolt. I called the front desk and the best I could get was the person telling me it was likely housekeeping and staying on the phone while I checked the closet and under the bed to make sure no one was in my room. As a female traveling alone, this was literally the worst mistake a hotel could make. No room is nice enough to overcome a complete lack of security. I reported it again the next morning and no one that I spoke to seemed to care or understand why this is unacceptable and frankly no one seemed surprised either.

Nice hotel, convenient downtown location, close to streetcar.

Walking distance to my meeting. Good location to city center. I would stay there again
