Pros: Staff were really great. We interacted with front desk, housekeeping, etc and they were all kind and friendly. Highlight: our car battery was dead at one point and the maintenance(?) guy saved the day by jumping it with his own vehicle. Room was clean. Pool was functional, comfortable temp, and clean. Cons: Bathroom door was so squeaky that it disturbed sleepers at night. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Not a big deal until everyone's toothpaste spit etc was floating in it. Shower water temp control knob didn't work very well/was loose. It had to be set at "a little chilly" or it would slip down to "boiling my skin off" hot. Pool on day two was COLD.

Our room was super noisy due to some gurgling in the pipes all night. We asked to be moved - they were gracious and moved us-and then were moved to a room with a leaking shower that dripped all night. Good location though. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. When we arrived they informed us the pool was out of service. I would not have booked here if i had been informed ahead of time. We stayed one night and checked out. The manager assured me he would contact you and have my money refunded for the second night.
