Everything was great! The room was lovely, tub was awesome!

Easy to get there, close to location of business I was visiting

Great continental breakfast. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Keith the van driver was personable and very accomadating; our car sat in the parking lot all weekend, as Keith and the other drivers took us everywhere. Very nice perk....

First of all, the staff was absolutely wonderful--very kind, accommodating, helpful, etc. Although I did not partake in the free breakfast buffet, others in my party were very complimentary in both the selection and quality. After reading the positive reviews, I expected much better accommodations. The room was very old and outdated, tub needed caulked, wasn't the cleanest (because of being worn and old), needed paint, new wallpaper, etc. The Fairfield website indicated that the rooms were "newly renovated" so I was surprised by the quality of this one. There are no shops or restaurants in the immedate area so you will have to travel a bit to eat or shop. We walked downhill to Crown Center one day and took an Uber to the Plaza. To be quite honest, I would not feel safe walking around this area at night.

Precisely what we needed for a one-night stay: nice, clean and comfortable beds in a nice, clean and comfortable room with a clean bathroom and a shower with good water pressure.

The hotel was close to AmTrak, which is where we were staying. Downtown is kind of scary looking at night... I worried about my truck being left in the open parking lot, but when we pulled in I saw a Security Guard and felt much better. Clean room, nice bathroom, Good Breakfast!

Hotel itself was somewhat dated, hallways and rooms were dark - they need brighter lighting. Rooms were fine though and the staff was very nice and helpful with anything we asked for.

The most comfortable bed! I’ll definitely stay again!

clean, safe hotel, great staff, wonderful breakfasts.

We had awesome service . Clean rooms. Great breakfast. The hostess went out of her way for us.

This was an ok place but I will never say there again the room smelled a bit moldy and the street noise at night was terrible and the ac did not have a fan setting just on or off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very easy to get to. Was in town for an event just down the street, so the hotel shuttle was great for not having to worry about finding parking there. Everything was clean and in good condition in the room. My only complaint was that the fire alarm went off at 3 am my first night there, but that's not the hotel's fault. They did get everything turned back off quickly, and everyone was able to go back inside right away. Overall, good experience & I would stay here again.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was centrally located, so easy to get to Country Club Plaza and downtown area. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very quiet and relaxing. Better than average breakfast selection although it would be good to include more choices for gluten/lactose intolerance. Will definitely stay again.

It appears that they have taken an older building and remodeled. The outside was not appealing and there are actually two buildings connected at the 3rd and 4th floors. Staying on the 2nd floor in the 2nd building makes it inconvenient to get to lobby and pool (please note it was 19 degrees when I was there and going outside was not pleasant). The rooms were updated and clean. The parking set up was odd but there was always a place to park. It was on the edge of what appeared to be a run down neighborhood yet it's location was close to the Plaza and Westport areas.

The staff was pleasant and polite. The breakfast was delicious, except the sausage should be cook little longer and brown on both sides. Which is pork sausages patties.

I was looking for a hotel in close proximity of the night club we were meeting other friends. I'm very familiar with this hotel chain and decided to book. Great location and I was very pleased. Will definitely stay again if in the area again.

The customer service was great. The rooms are decently sized. Priced great. They had a shuttle to and from the concert as well.
