Everything was great at the hotel, except the service in the bar/restaurant on Sunday Sept. 28. We waited an hour for our food and the waitress never came back during that time, so we couldn't even order another drink.

Convenient location

Two blocks from the free streetcar stop! Great location for our stay, lots of places to eat in the area, accessible by walking or street car. Hotel was large, lots of meeting places. Our room was surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. Self parking in the hotel garage was easy and $32/day at time of our stay.

The property is clean and the staff are very nice and welcoming through. There is a restaurant on site with a small coffee shop and a little convenience store area. We did have some issues with our TV every time we would turn the TV off we would have to have an engineer come up and reset it. Something about people come in and hook up PlayStations etc and move the wires around. I’m pretty tech savvy and couldn’t get it to work so it was definitely an inconvenience. Would have to flush the toilet multiple times to work. We got put in the east building not sure if it’s older and just had normal age issues with plumbing. Our room was on the side of the Main Street and got horrible sleep due to traffic revving engines, blowing horns. Got woken up all night on Saturday night due to noise on the street. Could hear the female next to us arguing 2 days in a row with someone in her room, not the hotels problem, but it was definitely annoying. The area is safe from what uber drivers said. Easy to get Ubers to the game and around town from here.

Nice place but always suuuuuper busy. Like always hopping. Also just know the elevators aren’t like your typical elevators. You select your floor and it assigns you a car. I was familiar with it because if cruising but a lot of others weren’t. View from our room on 14th floor
