I would not recommend this hotel. I didn't even want to take my shoes off in the room. This hotel could use a big facelift. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that are in the same price range. I would chose one of those over this hotel every single time.
I was hired by a new Co. and had to stay in a new city and a Hotel until my training was completed. it has been 3 weeks already with many more to go.Homewood Suites 35 Middlesex turnpike Billireca Ma. has been amazing. Everyone who works there is top notch and they do anything to help you. If I could live here I would it has has been like home but without the hassle of Family. I could not point to any 1 individual and call them the best because everyone of them has been awesome from receiving my mail to transportation to and from places, housekeeping the people who prepare the breakfast and evening Social's which are Dinner meals complete with beer and Wine. This place is a 5 star Hotel. The General Manager is Matt Barlett and everything starts with him the people he hires the training he gives them and the opportunity he gives them to excel. This place is awesome. I highly encourage anyone in the Boston area to stay at Homewood suites 35 Middlesex turnpike Hotel.
We stayed two nights prior to the eclipse. The hotel was clean, and the room was clean and large enough for us. It would have helped to have another night stand with a lamp, as the bedroom was dark. The breakfasts were okay.
Couldn't be happier with the hotel. Bed was super comfy, rooms are extremely quiet, staff exceptional. We loved the beautiful courtyard. They also serve a wonderful, filling breakfast. Hotel was conveniently located. Close to everything.
My family of 6 stayed in one of the two room suites for the long weekend. First the good things: the breakfast spread was good, the size of the suite was good, and the lady who attended breakfast on the first day was helpful and friendly (not true for the other days). Now the rest....in a room with a kitchenette area there should be a trash can that is bigger than one you would find in the bathroom. We were constantly filling up this one foot by one foot by one foot square trash can with our size family. The trim was coming undone from under the counter area and was in the way when navigating in the living space. The master bedroom stayed hot while all of the other rooms froze. I am glad that we did not need to utilize the kitchen items but once during our stay because there were only 3 forks. I mistakenly left some cash one the bathroom counter which was gone when we got back that day. Not sure if the housekeeping thought it was a tip but it was gone. Otherwise it was a decent older property.
Unfriendly, untrained staff. Failed to clean the room. Rarely anyone at the front desk to ask for help. Food just average, at best. Close to the airport but far from the city. Just not a good experience.
We stayed here on the weekend preceding the eclipse. The hotel was full but did not feel overcrowded. The staff were all welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a maintenance concern (the hinges were coming loose on bathroom door, and it was hard to close) and this was promptly addressed. The breakfast was excellent; my husband is quite picky about his breakfast foods and he declared it was very good for a hotel breakfast. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning system was quite noisy, but even that is okay if you don't mind white noise when sleeping. I would certainly stay here again.
I prefer to stay at this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and the organization that I do business with when I travel to KC. But in addition, the facilities are excellent with clean and spacious rooms, free Internet, shuttle services, breakfast, and evening socials. It is my preferred choice when traveling to the area.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the suite was clean and spacious. It was quiet aside of my own kids😀 Staff was friendly and honest. They found my sons wallet after we left and called us and kept it safe till we could come for it. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and I felt safe in this area.
Great stay. excellent service, clean room, great breakfast! Highly recommend! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette was awesome whether a person was staying one night or a whole week! The staff were friendly and the fitness room (although small) had three treadmills and weights and a bench. Enough to get a light workout in.
