Terrible first impression - called for shuttle from airport. Told 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, called again. Showed after 30 with a grunt; no hello, thanks for staying with us, apology. Arrived at hotel to be shuttled around the parking lot so people who parked their car there could find it. Then was asked where my car was. I responded, "uh, I'm a guest". Expressed my displeasure to front desk person about poor communication on pick-up. Received lame explanation about airport construction, no apology, but she was right on top of a $20 charge to check in early. They appeared to have attempted a nice room renovation with shower tile and new flooring, which was admirable, but totally dropped the ball on the details. The tub faucet was an loose and half an inch from the tile wall. The popcorn wall was bubbled near the tub along with other blemishes. Completely undermined an expensive renovation. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was decent. The location is good. Overall, a 2-3.

We hated the property. It definitely smelled old in the lobby area, almost like carpet at an old skating rink. Zack at the front desk was very accommodating and working his butt off, that was literally the only redeeming thing, other than that, there were little bugs and/or dust mites/stuff in our bed. We were totally grossed out. I took pictures.

HATED the fact I arrived about an hour before checkin time and was told there would be a $35 fee for early checkin. I've never experienced this before. I may choose not to stay at SureStay in the future if I think there's a chance I might arrive a little early.

The rooms, lobby, etc. were all recently updated, and it’s all nice. The bed is comfortable. The place is clean. The breakfast is okay. Pretty standard for a three star hotel. All-in-all, the price is really good for this place. I’d stay here again.

Floors not clean, no fire sprinklers, everything reeked of moth balls.

clean and friendly. good location to the airport. Beds really comfortable! the pool was really cold though. was looking forward to a swim but too cold, no hot tub so that was out.

Surprisingly clean and recently updated. Close to the airport, free shuttle.

Bad smells..ants & fruit flies in room. The fresh paint didnt hide the oldness of property
