We were very disappointed in this hotel, especially because of the ratings. I know it’s hard to find a decent airport hotel, but this one takes the cake. We arrived around 10:30 pm. We had two rooms. In one room, the toilet would not flush, and there was absolutely no water in the tank. Two people came to try to fix it and were not able. They did offer us a discount if we wanted to stay anyway and use the public bathroom on the first floor! We were on the seventh! In the other room, there was garbage on the floor, dirty towels with hair on them, and bugs! In the short time we were there, we saw was two wasps, a few stink bugs, and a boatload of mosquitoes flying around. We tried to do our own exterminating but gave up. They said these were the two last rooms available so they had nowhere to transfer us (by the way, we had the rooms reserved for weeks). The poor guy at the front desk did try to help, but he couldn’t remedy the situation. We booked through Orbitz and had to call them and sit on the phone to request a refund at 1 o’clock in the morning after finding another hotel. Orangewood apparently agreed to the refund, but we’ll see. Could take 8 to 10 weeks for the refund, despite the fact that it took about two minutes to take the money out of my account! We’ll see — will report back. We went to a clean, Super 8 down the highway.

Indoor pool was clean with none of that indoor pool smell. Exercise room large with many equipment options. Pool hours were long. Staff, cleanliness of property was exceptional. Close to airport. Only negative is that they could provide more food options at breakfast
