Biggest concern was the no pets policy. Given La Quinta’s past practices any hotels in the chain that don’t admit paets should make that abundantly clear on the website and booking site. Staff was nowhere to be seen when I checked in and it took about 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. I did have some concerns about the level of care to avoid spreading the virus. But apparently that may be a problem with the state of Missouri and not just this location.

Everything was clean except for the bathroom. Hair in the sink and shower drain. Other than that, it was good. I would stay there again.

I liked the newness and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The location is great. They only gave us 1 parking pass per room for the parking lot and we were there for an event with another couple. We had to park our 2nd car on the street.

Hello Rick, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our apologies in regards to the pet policy. The policy has been updated through the Wyndham site and we will look into updating the policy on all third party sites. Please rest assure that we sanitize our rooms, lobby, and all other public spaces open to guest, as this is a normal practice. We have closed down our gym, meeting space, and breakfast sitting area to ensure we are following the social distancing guidelines due to the virus. Grab bags and hot plates are the only breakfast options to help limit contact due to the virus. Our staff is doing all we can to avoid the spread of the virus by following instructions given by the Kansas City Health and Safety Department. Thank You, Gabrielle
