Victor, Sheena, and Que were VERY knowledgeable and addressed a miscommunication that was initiated on the Expedia side of the reservation. They took approximately 20-30 minutes including a phone call from Expedia to locate my reservation. They upgraded us to an Executive Suite at no additional fees for the delay. What a GREAT TEAM! This was my second stay at this location and it will not be the last!

The lobby was beautiful, staff very friendly and accommodating. We checked into our room about 3pm. We left and got dinner and brought it back to our room, I noticed the carpet was wet from one wall to the other that was occupied by the ac unit. Water had been dripping for some time which caused it to be soaked. I loved to bed in our first room. The evening front desk girl gave us a free upgrade, but the suite we were upgraded into didn’t have any hot water. The bed was eh compared to our first room and we could hear more of the surrounding rooms than the first room. We let the assistant front desk agent know this morning and asked for some form of compensation for the lack of hot water and she said that would be up to the GM. The night front desk agent was awesome and went above and beyond her capability of taking care of us. Hotel does need some maintenance and from my prior hotel experience I understand some things are just out of their control; but lack of hot water is an issue. Breakfast was eh as well, waffle and juice was good.

Tha room entry and bathroom floor was sticky, probably mopped with a dirty mop. The chair in the room was dirty. All in all it wasn’t terrible. The plus was the lady at the front desk, I think her name started with a Q, she was so friendly and helpful finding a place to eat.
