Great room, great location, great bartender!!!! Please change your soap...feels like it never comes off! Other then the soap the place is great!!!!!

No fridge or microwave in room. Clean room. Charged $17 per vehicle per night to park and that wasn't on website.

We went to some jazz clubs, ate some bbq and sight seeing. A great job was done by the bartender Stephanie. She gave us some great direction on some clubs and gave us maps and great service.

Hotel was very expensive for being under construction. The construction workers used terrible language that we could hear through the windows. Everything in the hotel closed early.

The hotel is undergoing renovations with work outside our window from 9 to 5. That wasn't a problem. The noise in the hallway from other guests slamming their doors, ice dispensing, and talking loudly kept us from getting more than a few hours sleep. We used the earplugs the next night which helped. Do the rooms have any kind of sound proofing?? Room service was so-so - - eggs benedict was floating in butter, but edible. Location is good - very close to convention center and nice restaurants

Major Construction going on which was mentioned nowhere before booking. The entire facade of the building is being redone, so from 8:30am (they say 9:00 but it starts at 8:30) to 5:00pm the entire building is being drilled into with tremendous noise making it impossible to stay inside the building. Terrible if you are there on business and trying to get work done.

Rooms were clean. However, there was construction going on during our entire stay. There were loud, jack-hammer noises outside our window during the day. We were on the 23rd floor and it was deafening at times. The first night the water main was broken, and there was no water throughout the entire hotel. Would have been a good place to stay if there hadn't been the construction issues.

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The accommodations were nice and the staff was friendly! The location was great, we were in walking distance of everywhere we needed to be.

We were here for a specific function and were not traveling out of town. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Love their pillows.

My girlfriend and I lived about 45 minutes away from Kansas City and decided that we wanted to splurge a little for a hotel one night just to get away. The hotel was everything we expected: beautiful, clean, spacious, modern, and right in the middle of downtown. In addition, the staff were very welcoming. You'll love it here!

Great downtown location, housekeeping staff pretty good but not great, $15/day parking.

We didn't have any trouble. Rooms were clean. Water was a little cool @ 9am Saturday morning. Easy walk to Power and Light District. Front desk and valet staff was great. Shuttle service works within a 3 miles radius and we were able to get rides to and from local attractions.

We stayed there for a night before the Chiefs game. Location is by far the best thing that this hotel has goign for it. It was at 65% capacity so parking wasn't an issue. Our room was clean but kind of outdated. If we had to we would stay again.

My boyfriend and I planned a weekend escape to KC based around the Mizzou basketball game at the Sprint Center. It was date night with no kids so we needed a place close to the game so we could walk back if we decided to go out for drinks. The location was amazing but not for the price. I expected to have an extravagant room for the price we paid. The lobby of the hotel was nice but the rooms were not. Once we stepped out of the elevator onto the twelfth floor you could immediately see the outdated floors and need for repairs. When we stepped into our room it was not as nice as the pictures show. It was again in need of repair, the bathroom was tiny and there wasn't even a mini fridge. I could've stayed in a nice condo for the same price. Plus the toilet made a horrible noise everytime you flushed it and you could hear the neighbors alarms sound and them showering. The view was nice and location was great!

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced and in a great locale. Bed was really comfortable! Shower was strong and had some nice comfort amenities. Starbucks in lobby a plus too.

The room was probably the smallest one on the floor, but it had a great view of Power and light and downtown KC. Amenities were good but the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Also beware that parking is $15 per day, something not mentioned or included. But being within walking distance of the Sprint Center and Power and light are well worth it!

Great location for down town activities. Bar needs to stay open later though. Over all, not a bad hotel.

Fine hotel, good valet parking, clean, good location. Short walk to Sprint Center and Power and Light District. Felt safe while walking to/from Sprint, however, saw on the KC news the next evening there was a shooting at 330am on the corner of 13th and Wyandott. (Exactly where this hotel is). I would stay here again, but that is a little concerning!

The room was very dusty, the kids ran around with no shoes on and when they came back their feet were black, this place can use a little cleaning

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 3 nights. The hotel is walking distance to the Power and Light district (a square block with a large screen TV outside and several bars and restaurants). The location was great for us. Parking is reasonable at $13 per day, but street parking is free and easy to find on the weekends. We didn't get an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked nice. They do close the pool for the fall/winter season even though it is heated. Our room was average, but comfortable. Housekeeping came in all days, but one day seemed to only change towels and forgot to do trash and make the bed. We received a basket of goodies because of the error which was nice of the hotel staff. All in all this was a good hotel and great location.
