Great location! The breakfast ladies are so kind, amazing, and even help you plan your day. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Daily room cleaning was the least impressive. But when we had an issue they responded right away. We would stay there again!

When I arrived they stated they try to get ahold of me to change the room I booked from 2 queens to a king room With a pull out couch,,,,since we had three women we agreed and they did offer free parking as well. The staff was not knowledgeable of restaurants near the hotel when we asked…but the accommodations worked. Way too much salty options for breakfasts and the staff had trouble keeping up with the demand since the hotel was so full.

The hotel was fine- when we checked in homeless people from the street were allowed in to use the free hot tea and coffee. They also had a major issue with the credit card machine. there was one lady working to check in a large amount of people checking in for a concert on a sunday night. The credit card machine would not read cards and she asked everyone ahead of us to use another card when it was our turn i said no as I only have one card- so that needs fixed. it is added stress to everyone checking in thinking their cards don't work and I didn't like that. Wifes were calling husbands asking them to come to the desk with another for or payment etc. Also the breakfast - the lady working that was rude and they did not have enough food for the amount of guests we ate then had to go buy a breakfast

Clean, spacious room, well-appointed, plenty of outlets for plugs and power cables. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, nice personal hygiene items like shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Balcony was wonderful, though I did not use a lot due to cold snap. Appreciated having a mini fridge, until it froze the food I put in it. The temperature control was not set too high, but I ended up with cucumbers and leftover chicken frozen solid. Cheap coffeemaker with cheap filtered pods made tasteless coffee. Shower head was a tiny adjustable one, set up so high on the shower wall that I had to stack towels to reach it to adjust. Barely had any water pressure, no matter what setting I tried. Desk chair sat too low for height of desk, would have helped if it were adjustable. Overall a good spot, but fixing the shower issue especially would upgrade the experience.

Slow check-in. Long line and only 1 employee. Called the front desk at 11 PM with questions about how the TV worked only to be told “I don’t know.” No offer to help. On the plus side, very comfortable bed and good coffee.
