I arrived to the property and was giving a double bed when I booked a king bed. When I arrived to my room I immediately notified the front desk that this wasn’t the room I payed for. I was met with no care or concern. I was told it’s on a first come first serve bases. The room had a smell and the bathroom fixtures fell apart.

They charge us for everything and when we need some medicine, they charge us for the medicine too. We stayed two days two nights nobody clean our room. The room and overall hotel was fine in terms of cleanliness and service. Nothing above and beyond, but plenty enjoyable. The walls are very thin. We often heard others both on our floor and from the floor below late into the night despite the sign posted that announced the quiet hours (10pm-8am).

I did not like the fact that the entire weekend we was there we was not offered towels no one bothered to see if we needed any we had to go to front desk no one bothered to pick up trash, housekeeping was in the room over from us for hours. i was told parking was included in my stay but still got charged for parking. there was pee on the toilet seat and the floor. other than that my daughter enjoyed herself.
