Time for some updates. Bathroom shower head was broken but didn’t complain cause only stayed one night. Room smelt like cigarette smoke

We had bed bugs (I have video) and weren’t offered any sort of compensation. The sheets were stained with holes and the rooms were dingy. This is our first encounter with bed bugs ever. We even stayed at the City Place without seeing bedbugs. Imagine how well they clean everything else like the pool. We were compensated for the cardboard in our eggs when we ordered room service though. We were grossed out.

Nice room. Poor service. Front desk had no rooms when i arrived and they said they’d call me once my room was ready. I came back at 230 to check and they said they had rooms so i ask why didn’t they call me because i sat in the lobby waiting for 3 hours and the front desk said they might have scribbled the wrong number? I was in town for a wedding and many others had the same issue. Kinda suspicious. Also they charge $10 a day for WiFi as if we’re in a 3rd world country???? The restaurant had bad service too! Nobody came to my table to offer a menu or a drink for 10 minutes! Never again!

When i checked in, they charged my card another $50 for a deposit which has not been given back, when I paid online for my room, i specifically asked for a roll away bed and crib, neither were in my room when arrived. Also, none of the trash cans in my room had trash bags in them. I brought my 10 and 2 year old with me and they accumulated lots of trash and after driving for 8 hrs, would have been nice just to lay down and get the kids to bed with the crib amd roll away. i did call the front desk after an hr after arriving and they quickly brought the roll away. Beautiful place to stay but maybe not for my family.

This hotel is truly top notch. The staff were great as was the food and rooms. My family and I were totally impressed and will definitely be staying there again.

great location near airport. Frustrated with Orbitz as we wanted 2 rooms but not the same. Wanted a king and a double queen and this did not seem possible. When we got operator support she made the reservations under 2 different last names and that was tough!!! fortunately the hotel staff looked up my last name many many ways and stumbled acrossed the issue

Due to being next to a highway the room was very loud.. My room was also next to a stairwell which i heard the door open and close all night. I got zero sleep. I would not stay here again. If they had the wall mounted air systems i could have turned the fan on for some white noise but they unfortunately didnt therefore there was nothing that can help.

Last weekend was my firs time at Renaissance Hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. It was an excellent stay and excellent services

Hotel is comfortable and in a good location. Room could have been cleaned a bit better. There were some very old cobwebs in the room and some leftover trash on the floor upon checkin. Parking lot is very large and there were many cars parked throughout the day and night. Only thing I didn’t like was having to walk as far as I did to get inside the hotel from the parking lot. Certain doors lock at 11pm and I noticed one door was actually locked before 11pm.

Unfortunately, we found human waste on the toilet when we checked into the room. Once we packed up and got "upgraded" to a new room on a different floor we didn't find that any better. That room was smaller, had stains on the floor, there was old food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, the lotion was used, and the toilet paper carrier was broken. Since we traveled in for a funeral and got in late we stayed the first night and decided to pack up and find a new place to stay given the issues we encountered. Overall I would like to pursue a full refund since given the above. How can we resolve from here?

People was polite and friendly, Graet service, clean. We're coming for the next five years. Good team work

Nice room. Poor service. Front desk had no rooms when i arrived and they said they’d call me once my room was ready. I came back at 230 to check and they said they had rooms so i ask why didn’t they call me because i sat in the lobby waiting for 3 hours and the front desk said they might have scribbled the wrong number?
