Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

This hotel is very close to the St. Louis airport. Shuttle service was available and we were able to leave our car at the hotel.

This was a nice facility. The shuttle drivers were AWESOME! It is close to the airport and costs less than the regular Hilton across the street from the airport.

Great stay. Everyone was polite. Hospitality title earned.

The hotel was super clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. However, they do not offer free wifi. We paid five dollars for terrible wifi that didn't even work. Also, our door wouldn't lock when we tried to leave, but maintenance fixed it almost immediately. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

We have stayed here once a year for multiple nights in a row. The facility it top notch, breakfast is wonderful, staff is kind. They were having some elevator issues, but u am sure that is being looked at.

this is a good upscale hotel. everything in room worked well. Very good breakfast for $10

The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms were pretty nice the only real downside to this hotel was it was difficult to find using both our Tom Tom navigation system and Google navigation on my cell phone. Their was a metro station not fare way which was convenient for getting to downtown and other attractions.

Very clean...wonderful staff. Just luck of draw with our bed. Adjustable beds and ours was broken. So had to sleep in a hole. But they did accommodate us with having trouble. Other than that great place.

The suite here wasn't worth the money. They also charged for the hot breakfast which should have been free for guest. Besides those two things everything was great. I was only there for a day so I didn't need much.

Went looking at colleges with my son. This was a great, convenient hotel.

Solid place to stay on business. Good staff and clean.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, easy to find, I will stay here again.

Garden Inns should provide free breakfast and cocktails. Then they would be the best in industry.

I stayed at this hotel when It was brand new, and time has taken its toll. The overall facility was still in great shape, just the hotel room looked like its age, especially the bed. The location is good and a relatively good value for a Hilton Garden Inn. I would still recommend

The hotel staff was great, especially front desk and breakfast buffet servers. My room was clean. My stay was very short and the location of the hotel to the Norwood Hills Country Club (location of the event I attended) was perfect.

Everything & everybody were just great. Very clean & nice room, staff were very friendly!

We were on the first floor somewhat near the lobby and it was a little loud in our room. The room was nice, staff very friendly, and enjoyed the water/coffee bar that was available all day. The air conditioner unit rattled a little and some stray hairs on the bathroom ceiling, but overall a good stay. Hiltons never include breakfast in the stay, so be prepared to pay $11/person if you want the breakfast buffet.

Everything was GREAT & very comfy ..the employees were very friendly & polite..will stay here again :)

the extra room in the suite was nice. the room was nice. only negative was that the bathtub was older. staff was very friendly and helpful. pool and hot tub are clean, but smaller. overall a very nice hotel.

First we had sleeper sofa with no blankets when call front desk they sent a fitted sheet up and said there were no blanket. Toilets cogged and the whirl pool seats were rough hit my knee in the whirl pool and it caused a quarter size gash on my knee staff did not do much but give me a bandaid still having pain a week later. All in all I give it a 3. Staff should be better trained when a injury occurs on the property and staff needs better customers service by insuring blankets and pillows are there for guest staying in a rom with a sleeper sofa.
