The location of the property was nice being so close to the Arch and being downtown. However, the double beds were awful and were extremely noisy every time you moved around and just way too small of beds to sleep in. We were able to check in early but had to upgrade our room to do so and that was $25 extra per night. Once we got to our room we heard a dog barking in another room for a while. Then we decided to order lunch but the app to order online wasnt working for the restaurant we wanted so chose another one called Brewhouse. I chose room delivery, paid a tip and put our room number in but it never got delivered, my husband had to go pick it up. We got woke up by loud people next store in the middle of the night and then the hotel alarm went off at 8am. To top it off, I didn’t appreciate the $50/day valet you’re forced to pay for parking on the weekends. Overall, not a great stay. I gave it two starts due to the location being nice.

For such a nice hotel, it wasn't a comfortable stay. The room was tiny, there was no breakfast included, elevators were not working, signs were confusing.

Ive been trying to get a refund since Friday afternoon whe i booked the stay. I had tried to book for march 14th through the 15th. It switched to march 15th through the 16th. I was at the property on Friday the 14th. I asked the staff at the front desk to change dates and was told they were sold out. I then contacted expedia customer service and was given an out of country employee to talk to. We couldnt understand each other completely. He also said i needed to wait for the transaction to go all th way through due to it pending with my bank. It's still pending, but I'd like to see how i go about a refund. I didnt stay at the hotel due to my party and i's need to return to kansas city for work.

The staff were fantastic. Multiple occasions of the staff going above and beyond to take care of us after we moved from another hotel due to a power outage. Wonderful experience, we will absolutely be back.
