We stayed for two nights . The first night went well but the second night we were out of electricity & hot water for the whole night during the cold winter night & they didn’t refund our stay.

We arrived at 3:15pm for a 4pm check-in, we spoke with an associate at the front desk and they said they would text us when our room was available. We made reservations at an attraction off site at 4:45 and were limited on time. We spoke to the associate at the front desk again at 3:55pm to check on our room. We waited in line as others checked in without issue. The front desk associate told us again that our room wasn’t ready and it would be another 15 minutes to finish cleaning the room. We tried to speed our process up and bring our bags in from the car. We spoke to the bell services and they insisted on escorting us to our car with the luggage cart. We returned with the bell service associate and they held our bags until our room was ready. By 4:30pm we still didn’t have our room and the front desk associate said he’d been trying to call us and we never received a call. Once we finally received our room key and room assignment, we went to the bell service desk to retrieve our luggage, we still needed to be escorted with the cart and luggage, but at the last second we’re told to go to our room and our bags would be right up. We went to our room and waited another 15 minutes for them to come to our room. Our off site reservation time was missed and our experience ruined. We asked if our room was able to have a late check out and we were told it would be $50-75 to have a late check out. Talk about a terrible first impression for a hotel you’re charging $350+/night.

I chose this hotel not only for its Gateway Arch view but also because of its close proximity to the landmark. Once I arrived, I realized it was even closer and more visible than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has a steakhouse inside, which was quite convenient for dinner despite being busy. The room was clean and well-organized, though it felt a bit small. One downside was the main entrance—it’s quite narrow, which made check-in a bit challenging. I hope this can be improved in the future.

Our room was amazing, quite spacious, had 2 sinks, a dressing area, 2 restaurants downstairs and a spectacular view of The Gateway Arch N.P. and the Mississippi River!! When you walk outside of the hotel, you’ll be about 50 feet away from the arch park entrance! We will most definitely be staying here for a next visit!!
