Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The room we stayed in had no closet or hanging area at all for clothes. No iron or ironing board, no extra blankets, no plastic laundry bag for used clothes. It was the bare minimum in a somewhat pricey hotel. Had better experiences at much cheaper places.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for Wizard World. The staff was very nice and helpful. I room was very nice and clean. I would stay there again.

We were there for a dance convention. The lobby and waiting areas were helpful as we waited for the different sessions to start and end. The gift shop/convenience store was helpful, though pricey. Starbucks in the lobby was a welcome addition. The parking garage was full, though, as they didn't reserve spots for the guests of the hotel, so we had to park at the garage across the street. Not the worst thing in the world, but it was inconvenient.

Ideal location in Saint Louis. Club Level provides extra service for stay; excellent breakfast and inviting lounge area with view of Arch. Check in was extremely smooth.

Overall good experience would recommend this hotel to everyone I know who would be traveling to St. Louis

It is probably something that is not resposibility for the hotel, but the room conditions are not quiet and the party of my neibors was really noisy and was difficult to get rest properly. It was a couple having their own party, and you understand what do I mean, and I was traveling with my family (3 kids). I was unconfortable for this situation, i felt that I using a cheaper Hotel instead this one. For the price that I paid, I never expected a noise conditions in this hotel. The staff was really nice helping to have a nice momment there. Hope this reference help you! Regards!!!

Even thou we had to leave early for family emergency back home, we love the location everyone was super nice and professional. The room was over the top clean and comfy. We will be back in spring 2018. Thank You Tim Dillingham

The hotel is nice and located steps away from the Arch and Old Courthouse. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We only interacted with the staff at checkin - he was nice but a little too interested in up selling us to a "nicer" room. We had already selected the type of room we wanted so it was a little off putting. The hotel has a great bar, Ruth Chris and Starbucks. The Metro is about 5-6 blocks away as is Busch Stadium....the purose of our trip was to visit St. Louis - highly recommend renting a car if you stay here and want to see the Zoo or any of the museums.

I had a corner room on the 18th floor. The view was amazing. The room was spacious and clean.

I wasn't expecting an arch view at all so this was a nice surprise. The only thing I wasn't expecting was the $29 self parking fee per night.

Even though it is an extremely busy hotel, it always seems organized. The staff is gracious and kind.

Hotel was lovely and right across the street from Arch and downtown amenities.

When we attend our Cardinal games, we always stay at the Hyatt because it's close and they always have food available at any time of day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs! You never have to wait very long to catch an elevator.

The hotel was nice, had great views, good A/C, and was right close to the Arch, the Mississippi River, and everything else that you would want to be close to in town. Busch Stadium, The Historic Courthouse. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

Excellent hotel right in front of the arch! Very clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Everything was great with room. Seemed to be a little understaffed at front desk and restaurant. Otherwise everything was great.

Have stayed here a few times (originally an Adam's Mark) as well as many others nearby. All are nice, this one usually near the higher end on cost but his time got good rate thru Orbitz. Took breakfast deal included and that is well worth it. Don't overload the elevators- can be quite a problem. No issues, but feel free to shop locally as there are many options close by. This is one of the nicer places, tho - probably top 3 for downtown. Excellent staff. Parking convenient but high cost.

Nice hotel. Within walking distance of many attractions.

We asked for a view if the Arch and it was perfect. The reservation got screwed up which caused 45 minutes at check in not cool

My only issue is our room had two double beds instead of two queens, which means they're prettt small. But that's the only problem and I knew about that when I booked it. Beautiful hotel!
