Customer service is exceptional here, along with the restaurants.
The window with the viewoftheArch was greasy with foreheadand handsmears. All the shampp, conditioner and body wash was empty- all gone.! The lo by bathroom needs all toilet seatsreplaced at 6:30 it needed cleaning. The comciergne was so bored he was slapping his desk with pamphlets at 10pm making very disruptive noises.

Our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. Very convenient and very clean hotel.
Unable to self-park because it was sold out. Had to walk 2 blocks to another parking structure in the rain with baggage. Total congestion at the entry to hotel when checked in.
It was right in front of the Arch, nice area, great options for dining, and was very quiet and comfortable in our room. Had a great time, and the staff was wonderful.

Beautiful hotel- friendly staff - lots of restaurants and bars- the Arch is literally on the property- definitely worth staying here!
Simply lovely
There was no microwave in the room and the refrigerator was in a closed cabinet, so the refrigerator didn't refrigerate because there was no ventilation in the cabinet.
I was disappointed to find there was no closet to hang up my clothes. The bed was OK but I slept horribly for the first few nights Staff was friendly and helpful to have food options at the hotel.
