No late night dining. No parking!!!!!

Great place to stay for walking to Cardinals baseball.

Elevator from parking structure was out so had to carry luggage up/down two flights of stairs. Back and knees are hurting still. For $300 a night They should have had a bell hops for that.

Our view was awesome!

The hotel was withing walking distance to The Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium. Other city amenities were close by where you don't have travel by car. Overall the hotel was great. Only complaint is that city streets were bad, potholes, patched up spots, and covered up holes with metal plates, be careful when you drive down the city streets.

Great view. The check in guy was top notch!

Good

Everything was wonderful. I will continue to stay here again when I’m in the city!

Sink was clogged and phone was not working room was very small

The property is ok but is time for renovation.

I chose the Hyatt Regency at the Arch so we would be close to the Arch to sight see, as well as because of the Ruth's Chris and Starbucks ,which met all of our needs from morning until dinner time. There was no disappointment about the view of the Arch from our room, and having under ground parking and very friendly staff from housekeeping to the front desk and valet made it a stay we'll always remember!

Jordan and Eric at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. Jordan booked a room for me and my wife for our return back home next week at a great rate and gave us good info on attractions in the downtown area.

Very clean and nice place.staff was very helpful and friendly.

Across the street from the arch! Lots of street construction at the moment but a beautiful facility!

$400 a night, and no water cups/glasses in the rooms…let alone a bottle of water….no self parking and the valet line was literally 50 people deep. The 16 yo kid at the Ruth’s Chris bar wouldn’t let me sit at the bar for a drink because I was wearing “athletic shorts”….they were khaki shorts, and I was wearing a nice shirt…when I questioned the “athletic shorts” comment he said “well they look stretchy”. What a joke. Their loss, I drink high end liquor and tip big.
