Very nice property. Safe, lot of things to do. Clean, cleaning people were professional and helpful.

Very close to the arch and downtown area. The hotel is older and can use some upgrades. Staff was not very attentive. We really didn’t feel welcomed like in most hotels we have stayed at!

Very clean. The clerk at the lobby Starbucks was very nice and helpful. The garage staff were very helpful. We had an issue where we paid to self park twice and they were very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were not clean. There was open beer can in the refrigerator and there was used wash cloth in the bathrom.

HORRIBLE Experience. Do you want to hear your neighbors "business" all night? No, me either. Do you want to wait 30+ minutes for your car from valet? Also no. I suggest that you keep looking. Oh, but the fitness center is great!

There is absolutely no where to park if you own a truck or anything bigger than a sedan. Even the valet couldn’t help.

Room was large. Eye appealing and inviting. Did not like: rust and strains in tub & shower head that gave an unclean appearance. In room safe did not work. Thermastat did not adjust easily.

Everyone was friendly and helpful; from the front desk to the valet parking, to the bartendeers. I know the restaurant (steak house) was not of the Hyatt ... but the food was great. The location was very conventient to downtown activities.

Our neighbors were playing music extremely loud at 1 am and it took over an hour for security to remedy the situation. Didnt get much sleep but room and location of hotel are excellent.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the fact that non of the phones in my room worked. That’s my ONLY complaint. The view was AMAZING! Room 1802 is the best room for a view of the St Louis Arch to me! My wife and I will DEFINITELY stay there again...!
