Great experience. Close to everything. Walked from Busch stadium and to the arch. Ruth's Chris was awesome

The location is awesome but we found it to be dirty. The rooms were dirty and and need some deep cleaning.

Absolute worth for its price!! The room is clean and comfortable.

We couldn't check in till around 3am on the day our reservation was made for. We called the hotel ahead to let them know that. They were very accommodating and it was all very seamless.

The many services were great. Very clean hotel. Everyone was more than willing to help with what ever you want and need. BUT THE PARKING SUCKS!!!!

Only reason why they can charge what they do is because of the convenience to Downtown Attractions. Room was dirty, carpet worn, etc.

Great hotel right next to the arch, friendly staff. The only complaint was the wifi was very slow.

Staff was very attentive. Very clean. Only downside was no pool.

The only issue was that I booked and was confirmed for a king size bed and when we arrived and checked in we were only able to get 2 double beds. They said there were no king rooms available but when I received my confirmation it was for a king room. Very disappointed in that.

Very nice hotel, very clean and neat. But our room was the same as if I had stayed at a Comfort Inn. I was expecting to have space to walk around in but it was pretty compact with two double beds. The tv was a Panasonic and the in-room coffee had cheap condiments. A package included one no name creamer, one packet of sugar and one packet of sweet n low. Who uses sweet n low anymore?? Should have had Splenda or equal for a hotel in that price range. But the hair dryer was regular size, not that tiny thing on the wall so that was a plus.

The view downtown was magnificent, the staff was very friendly as well! The room was clean and perfect, they gave us a free upgrade for our honey moon. Parking is a little confusing being downtown as there is no signs to help. But all in all it was a great hotel to stay at!

Overall ok but we left for five hours and told the cleaning staff in our hallway we would be gone from 10am and returned at 230pm and never cleaned our room. Very annoying since we are paying $250 per night and zero cleaning service even attempted.

Great hotel! Location was awesome. Staff was more than helpful. It was a little noisey at times with all the travelers but overall GREAT!!!

Upon first arriving to hotel, parking lot was marked full. We managed to find one parking spot along backside of hotel marked back-in parking only and took a risk and parked there. Checking in was a breeze and hotel staff was very warm and welcoming! There was a gentleman named Keith who was especially warm and caring! He discovered it was my fiance's birthday through conversation and upon returning to our room after walking around, we discovered he had sent up a complimentary bucket of St. Louis specialty brewed beer. He was so warm and courteous - everytime we saw him he had a smile on his face and spoke! We were urged to move our car to the parking garage that was supposedly full, so we attempted. Upon pulling into the garage, our room key did not work to give us entry past the gate. The valet service guys pulled up behind us, asked us what the problem was, then swiped their card letting us in. The garage was practically empty despite the sign claiming it was full. Later we left to go out, and again our room key wouldn't grant us access out of the garage. Another valet driver let us out with his key. When we came back however, the valet drivers had done a shift change, and the new ones would not let us in. We were forced to make 3 cars behind us back out so we could do the same and try to find somewhere to park, so that we could go inside to sort this out with staff. The staff inside informed us that we should have never been parking inside the garage in the first place, that no one should have let us in, and that it costs $25 to self park. This was NOT disclosed anywhere on the website, nor were we informed of this when we checked in and were urged to park there. We were informed that we could have the $25 billed to our card on file therefore activating our room key to allow us to park, but that the garage was now full. They urged us to pay $32 for valet service which was also full so the men were cramming all the cars along the ramps and walls and anywhere else they could fit them. (I saw this when stuck trying to get in the parking gate the last time) We were then advised we could park a block away in Mansion House, where we had to pay $15 to park in a VERY unsecure, sketchy parking garage and then walk to our hotel. Upon check out, they informed me there were no additional charges and we were good to go, however upon checking my card statement, I was charged $50. I called the hotel and they informed me that this is a holding fee and I should have it back in 5 business days. Almost a week later, I am still waiting. The room, location, and Keith were beyond our expectations! However, being told upfront about other issues would have been nice.

We stayed the night for our anniversary. We spent time in the Brewhouse and had dinner at Ruth Chris. Overall the entire experience was great. We will stay here again. The only problem was we had a small corner room.

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and continue to be blown away by the views from our rooms, the service, and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
