This is just a few of the pictures of this disgusting motel. Honestly as an organization you guys should be less this hotel to keep your reputation. At this point I will never look through Orbitz again, however if I am refunded then everything will be fine. I am mediately returned the room key to the guy at the, but I guess you could call a front desk add me and my fiancé stayed at a different hotel in St. Louis because this one was so disgusting. The pictures weren’t even remotely accurate two out of those mothers place wise. Shower did not work. The pillowcases had stains. And the front door didn’t even lock, and was located in a bad part of the neighborhood. So long as I am refunded but I will be a happy camper, but I strongly suggest you should invest in this hotel from, excuse me Motel from your listings, because it isn’t embarrassment to your franchise. Please reach out to my number , to ensure my refund. If you are going to tell me that there is a no cancellation policy, I will report you to every agency I can and leave the most abysmal review in the history of mankind. Could not believe how awful this motel was. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I didn’t make it 5 minutes and had to leave Orbitz should be ashamed to list … Kenny Hollenkamp
Dirty and the pictures online are not accurate. Smells bad and run down.
It was dirty and under the bed was dirty and it was just bad
The hotel manager made sure anyone who was not supposed to be there wasn't at ALL hours of the day

There was a lock on the door.... No comments were made during your stay so I do not understand why you are making these claims now.
