Friendly staff. Was disappointed the pool wasn’t open

We arrived late, around midnight, and the front desk clerk charged me for our room after I had prepaid. Then we get to our room on the 5th floor and we do.the normal check we do at every hotel to see the condition and check for bugs. My fiancé works in pest control so we are extra through. The sheets and pillows were stained with "blood" spots and there was chemical residue on the headboards which indicated that the room had been treated for bugs recently. Not completely condeming but very concerning still. He continued his search and when he lifted the corner of the mattress found a molting of a bedbug. It's bound to happen, even in the nicest hotel. We called down to let the front desk know what we discovered and they set us up in another room on the same floor which he did an even more through check and while this room looked better there were still a couple of unknown stains. We ended up staying in the 2nd room because he found no signs but we left relatively early in the morning. I spoke with the morning front desk supervisor about the extra charge and I was told it should be reversed in 3-4 days. The employees were nice and understanding and aside from the bug issues, which they are clearly trying to treat and contro,l the rooms are adequate.

The parking area was full of garbage. No security cameras and no professional roving security. My truck got broken into 10 yards from the front entrance.

This hotel was close to a lot of restaurants on The Hill and provided convenient access to Forest Park. Our only issue was that our hotel room door had problems locking. When we would leave our room to go out, the room door would close but would not lock.

For the price i paid, it would have been nice to have a breakfast.. also the restaurant in the hotel was a joke. $13 for a blt wrap, with one puece of bacon, a hard shell and no mayo. Sadly disappointed! The room was clean and staff were great!

We liked everything about it. The only issue we had was we got a $25 breakfast voucher and we didn’t get to use it because the server was later and we had to be gone by 7:00 a.m. that morning so we lost out on that☹️.

Toilet had grime on lip of bowl. Bathroom was a bit worn. U need more lighting options in bathroom for night time and do better job cleaning

It was at a pretty good location but the room wasn't really clean and there were hair on the bed and blanket.

Good location. The mattres felt old and aged and carpet looked worn out.

We only stayed in this hotel one per our travel plans. Everything about the hotel was nice except the bed. It had springs that were poking through.

Bathtub paint was peeling off. Washroom floor was wet don't really know what the substance was. There was hair on and around toilet and bathtub. other then that room was quiet. Balcony door was falling apart.
