Our toilet backed up. After contacting the front desk to ask for a plunger, we were told they would contact housekeeping. About an hour later we called the front desk again. We were told that no one was available for housekeeping, their closet was closed and they did not have access to it. I stated, so basically you are saying you cant fix it and we now have no toilet to use? The worker stated she was going to contact the manager. Another 45 minutes later my husband went to the front desk and asked again what they were going to do. They said there was nothing they could do. My husband had to use a plastic bag to unclog the toilet. Upon check out we were told the manager would call us. My husband ended up calling the hotel later that day because we never got a call. The manager agreed to refund half of our money for the room. This was a nice gesture, but overall, housekeeping supplies should be available at all times for situations like this.

The entrance door to the room was very hard to open and close. Second level back door was not in operating order to where i had to walk the entire length of the building to get to my room. Had a better visit last week with a different company and fifty dollars cheaper.

Room was clean and quiet. TV was difficult to navigate as the channel guide didn’t match the channels. Breakfast options were very limited this stay. There was only eggs and waffles early this morning. We stay here often and usually have sausage and biscuits and gravy also. Otherwise everything was great.

Missing Desk Clerk

There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. We waited 15 min to check in behind two other guests. Desk clerk finally came down the hall and checked everyone in. Told us that she was breaking up an argument between a couple in. Their room for the second time. We only stayed because we had already paid for the room on Hotel.com.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff & good breakfast.

This was a great place. Clean, up to date, and friendly staff. The hot breakfast was very good (eggs, waffles and sausage) and the work out room was solid. the location is a little out of the way (tucked behind an RV dealer), but its a great value and we plan on staying there next time we return to the area. Great value!

Really nice stay

Clean, quiet, up to date, friendly staff, decent hot breakfast, gym was pretty good for a hotel gym. Would stay here again and recommend. There for a friend's wedding.

I liked the room and the receptionist who greeted us when we first arrived. What I didn't like was...we couldn't swim be the water was too cold, the elevator broke down, I was on the third floor and the breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were cold, no sausage, no bagels and the toast wouldn't brown along with it being a mess. I was disappointed!!!!

Very clean nice rooms our sink was broken and they had us in the room next to the vending machine and ice maker it was fairly noisy but bed was comfortable and room was nice otherwise
