easy to find, great location. very nice and large rooms. only 15 minutes to river city casino. only negative is when i got out of the shower i realized there were no bath towels. but would stay there again for sure.

Not bad, but . . . While I understand OJT is required I just happened to be the guest that the New guy was training on . . . After an extended check-in I was initially put in a room with two full-size beds when my reservation was for one king-size. After going back to the front desk this issue was corrected.

I went to this hotel because it was dog friendly, reasonably priced, and rated fairly high. I can tell they probably used to run well The number one issue, they had no key for my room, which is VERY worrisome when I had to take my dog outside. That's right. I was not able to get in my own room without hotel staff. When I got there, I was greeted kindly, but I was not set up to pay in cash the next morning, as I had requested the night before. The above two issues are an easy fix, and the staff was so hospitable that I might've rated higher. However, cleanliness of my room was not close to 4-star worthy. The toilets were still dirty, the shampoo dispenser was empty, it was clear the blanket at the foot of the beds were not washed, and the tables were wiped very quickly; You could still see where they had cleaned and where they hadn't based on the streak of a wipe surrounded by dust. Normally, I'd just let it all go and not provide any feedback. But this hotel has so much potential in their kind staff, but I think there's just some undertraining going on.

Great staff. Older motel but in good condition. Had issue with A.C. but maintenance was able to repair sufficiently until replacement. Breakfast was good with good breakfast attendant. Internet worked good.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the look and feel of the hotel considering is what VERY affordable. It was a little out of the way if most of your business is in St. Louis. Took us about 30 min to get to the city. Breakfast was great, just make sure you eat early because it gets very crowded on weekends. All in all I would book this hotel again!!

Everything was clean and nice. Only thing I am short and the bed was tall. I had trouble getting in bed......!!!!

Most of our time was spent in the city and this location offered very quick access to I55 towards St. Louis. Without traffic we were 20-30 minutes to central west end and Forest Park and less than half of the cost for a hotel closer. Room was comfortable and definitely would stay again.

When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff person at the front desk & some very tasty cookies after a fairly long drive. The staff person was also very helpful in directing me to a local eating establishment and even Googled directions to the place I was to have my meeting the next day. Topping off my stay the very clean room in which I stayed (although a bit noisy because of a couple of young kids in the next room) and the "great" breakfast that was offered. Oh, and by the way, they had coffee and fruit drinks available all evening. Nice touch.

Parking lot view, was ok. We were down on first floor so had to look up to see lot

I was plesantly surprised at the hotel THey were very polite, room was clean and well laid out, bathroomn remodled. The breakfast was better than so many Ive seen. I told then if Im back in area Im going back there

This hotel was very nice for what we paid for. Before we booked I called and asked if their rooms with King size beds had pull out couches, the man on the phone said yes, they all do. When we got there we discovered the couch did not pull out and we would have to rent a cot (no big deal) Then we discovered one of the lights in our room was malfunctioning and seemed dangerous to us. We told the front desk and they moved us to a new room with 2 queen beds no extra charge. The beds were really comfortable and the room was spacious for us. 3 kids, a baby and my husband and myself. After getting settled everything went smoothly from then on out. The pool was nice, they had a area for my toddler to play in which was excellent because we forgot his armies for the pool it's was about a foot and half deep. The contenial breakfast was amazing! Tons of options for everyone and they served until 10 or 1030. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel did its job! The room was giant and the bed was fabulously big as well and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was ehhh but hey it was free breakfast and as long as they had coffee I was happy!

We will probably stay here again on future trips. The Breakfast was good too!

Good price. Great stay. Short drive to most any where in St Louis.

Very friendly staff, a pretty good breakfast and a nice pool. We were well satisfied with the location.

We have a wonderful stay at this hotel with super easy access to the interstate & it was a nice quiet locations. It felt very cozy. The staff help arrange our 2 room reservations so they were across the hall from each. The pool was great for small children. The rooms are spacious and clean. I can't say enough...great stay & great price!

Our stay at this hotel was nice, but nothing fancy. Just your average hotel. Staff was OK, but I wouldn't say friendly. Everything worked in the room, clean, no complaints.

Excellent breakfasts, good pool, but a little bit of a drive from the center of St. Louis. We chose this for the price, and didn't really mind the drive. We simply planned our days to be away from the hotel all day, not driving back and forth. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean, but the key card-operated door was temperamental - we had to get new key cards several times, and those didn't always work. Also, the thermostat on the AC unit was problematic.

Close enough to the main city for a quick drive to the St. Louis zoo & science center. Cracker Barrel & a gas station are within walking distance. The rooms were nice & comfortable. The walls are thin though, & we got to listen to our neighbors late into the night & at 7 am every morning. Not to mention hearing the ice machine grinding late into the night as well. So don't expect to get a lot of peace & quiet. The free breakfast was fully stocked, fresh & delicious. Their were some food chunks around the fold-out couch when we got there but the rest of the room was spotless. We would stay here again but maybe not during the summer next time, when it's very busy & loud.

1. The floor was not swept properly, crumbs glass on the floor by the bed. (no carpet) 2. Cobwebs in the corner. 3. Tiny bathroom. 4. Stain on ceiling in bathroom right over the tub, it came off with bleach spray. 5. When I went to front desk to discuss the room, i had to wait a long time to speak with a staff member. The lady was nice enough and the issues were resolved. 6. Lots of noise at night from the guests on the upper level and from the dog barking 2 door's down. Even though the bed was comfy, everything else was lacking. I was too tired from the noisy night to enjoy myself. Iwill not at this hotel again.
