We arrive at the Hotel and 3 rooms we went too were all dirty and we ended up asking for Cleaning equipment for us to Clean our room spent 30mins Cleaning our own room,full of dust all over ,table,fridge,lamps,headboard,padstals,bathroom aircon,Tv,telephone,coffee machine etc.This is Crazy to pay so much for such service

We would like our money back. No keys, backed up shower, no amenities.. Manager said not enough staff. She is having to work now by helself until Thuesday with out proper staffing. Feel bad for her.

First we couldnt get keys, the bathroom was dirty with 2 shower curtain one clean and one with brown crap, plus a dorty wash rag. But the real kicker was no AC and the room being 85 degrees and they still charged us even though we left because they didnt have another room and maintenance couldnt fix the ac.

The hotel is usually quiet and it has a quiet modern decor, lobby with plenty of seating, complimentary water & coffee, ...amazing staff, very large rooms that are clean & neatly arranged. With coffee maker & mini frig, only microwave is in the lobby.. It has exercise room and banquet room. I would stay here again and I would recommend it.

Stayed for a night during an unexpected layover. No airport shuttle, so uber was an added cost. The sheets, towels and pillowcases were slightly stained and dingy. There were no bugs. Comfy bed, warm shower, It was easy to book and the receptionists were very kind during check in and check out. It was definitely nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick layover.
