Room was clean and heating too slow to warm up. However, weed aroma filled the entire room and no relieve whatsoever. I couldn't breath in the elevator due to too much pot and weed smell. The entire property was harmful to my health. The fee was supposed to cover a continental breakfast and there was none because the entire breakfast option was eliminated. I really want to get a total refund from this hotel.

While the front desk staff was friendly, during my five day stay at the hotel, they never serviced my room. I had to go to the front desk daily to request towels. Additionally, the room did not have a garbage can. This is hardly a 3.5 star hotel.

I CHOSE this hotel, i was bringing a pet the depost and fee are outrageously high plus i was charged an extra service fee for what? when im already paying for the room. I had to switch rooms because it was filthy. The tub and shower curtain still had dirt all over them. Food on walls and door handles. Also dirt marks on the sheets and the floor wasnt cleaned there were dirty shoe prints . The new room was also dirty as well but the staff had to move so many people around there wernt anymore rooms available. No continental breakfast is fine but amenties say coffee and tea which were not available. Hotel needs to offer more amenities for the price i feel i am being ripped off paying $300 for two nights. Worst hotel experience ive ever had. Mulitple People were requesting new rooms because of the poor cleanliness and conditions. There were no staff available to do anything.

The walls needed wiped down. A/C unit was covered in dirt/dust. It is noisy but that’s to be expected being close to the airport. Our room didn’t have a trash can anywhere which was odd. Bed & pillows were comfortable but sheets were very worn.

Room was dirty with small flying bugs. The coffee pot did not work, no ice. The air conditioning unit did not cool the room. They charge additional fees they didn't disclose until arrival. The environment felt very unsafe as soon and got worse later in the evening. Checked in about 4pm and vacated at 8pm.

The bedsheet and covers were dirty when I chickened in. I asked for housekeeping, they didn’t come until the next day around 3 pm. I had to get downstairs more than 4 times to request a clean sheets. Te room phone was not working, hor I guess no one was picking up at the front desk. I checked the room for 2 people and there were not enough towels for one person even. I literally had to go and pick up some towels. When they came next day they got us towels with make up remaining on them. The towels weren’t washed thoroughly. The room has no microwave. No breakfast is served as stated on the website. There’s a dirty microwave at the reception for guests to use. The coffee and hot water at the reception is ice cold 10am So I guess they never make it fresh. I will never recommend it to anyone. The area around it is so sketchy and the drive way to the parking lot is full of pit holes.

Parking was easy, and the staff were friendly. At first glance, the room looked clean, but upon a closer look, the towels appeared dingy and dirty. There was chip paint on the ceiling. The room hallway light switch had mold on the wall under it—I ended up wiping it down with Lysol wipes. The shower curtain was very thin and even had what looked like burn holes. The hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the walls were quite thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. The lobby microwave was also pretty dirty. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, though blackout curtains would have been nice. Overall, it was a decent stay but definitely could use some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.

First stay in st louis

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was even nicer than I anticipated! The decor is beautiful in most areas, creating a lovely atmosphere. While I did notice a few signs of wear and tear, such as a small hole in the elevator wall and a slightly wobbly toilet, the overall cleanliness was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Although I was hoping for breakfast options, the value for the price I paid for the night was unbeatable. I would definitely consider staying here again
