While the front desk staff was friendly, during my five day stay at the hotel, they never serviced my room. I had to go to the front desk daily to request towels. Additionally, the room did not have a garbage can. This is hardly a 3.5 star hotel.

I didn't like that a personal item was taken from my room after NOT being cleaned for 3 days! Then, to top it off, NO soap for 75% of my stay!!! Also, told that because I rented through a 3rd party there was NOTHING that could be done, regarding theft, other than they'll look into it and let me know if they recover it. So, there's no accountability for what happens on their premises?!

Not a Great Hotel Stay

The A/C was not functioning properly and my room was hot all nite. The carpet in the room was sticky as it had a dirt film embedded in it. Also when we pulled up to check in the police had just detained a resident who was a habitual offender in the hotel selling drugs supposedly it was an undesirable scene to say the least
