The one staff member that assisted me was too occupied talking to a construction worker about taking a shuttle instead of a train to acknowledge me and check me in. It was annoying after having issues finding parking with the construction and the attached restaurant’s customers taking up so many spots. The area under construction for the new entrance is not the only thing needing attention. They also need to address the lack of hot water.

Some renovations going on, reasonable, no inconveniences beyond the visual. New lobby bathroom was nice.

Worst hotel. No pool. No restaurant or breakfast offered. Phone and internet did not work. Mold in coffee pot. No ice machines working on any floors but 1. Handicapped room was difficult to open door. Staff were rude and advised we should’ve complained earlier. Even though we did and they said talk to a manager but no manager available! Never will book again.

We had no hot water in the shower in 1 of the 3 rooms & had to move to a different room. The alarm clock & phone in 2 of the 3 rooms did not work so got replacements.

This was the biggest and cleanest suit we have ever stayed in. I hope all hotels get behind taking out carpet and putting in hardwood like thos Holiday inn. The only small hiccup was that when I reserved the room I requested two pack n plays. When I checked in at 7pm I was told they were already in the room. We went to dinner and came back to the room, there were no pack n plays. I went to the desk and was told that he had to look for them and it would be an hour. Since we had two very sleepy babies. We just made them and make shift bed on the floor and called the desk to tell them not to bring the pack and plays becuase our babies were already asleep. Other than that this was a great stay.

The location is very close to the shopping center

Very nice pillows and towels. Quiet. Easy access. Didn't try the pool, but looked nice. Our only issue - the vinyl floor and white bed covers gave a hospital-like look to the room.

When booking the room it was listed as sleeping 6, which is why I chose it. The room only had 2 queen beds. I had to convince the staff to bring in 2 roll away beds. The staff never brought blankets for the beds because she was had already clocked out. The curtains didn't block out the parking lot light that shined in my face while trying to sleep.

I did like the pool, gym and the mini bar provided. Did not like how tight the room was and the early loud knocking from housekeeping. Can hear everything outside the rooms.

Room was spacious and the all hardwood floor was a nice touch. Bed was super comfy and the TV was very nice. Indoor and outdoor pool plus a very roomy hot tub. Only complaint was the door closest to our room didn't work with a key card so we had to enter through a far away door.

This place is so noisy!! Every single door and handle squeaks so whenever someone enters or leaves their room, you literally cringe. The sound is equivalent to scratching a chalkboard - AVOID this place at all costs!

Great likes the attached restaurant . Hotel very quiet with comfortable bed!!

Convenient l ocation good restaurant adjoining, without walking outside. Satisfactory hot breakfast, but not included in rom rate.

Clean room and comfortable beds. Already booked next stay there.
