The convenience of the kitchen and 3 beds was wonderful. Everything seemed clean. The mattresses and linens were not the typical Hilton standard that I'm use to having. Mattresses were both concave at the center and the pillows and pillowcases were all a hodge podge of white. A couple of the lamps didn't work. The shower gel bottle was empty. This place just seemed to lack some of the attention to detail that one might expect from the Hilton brand. The Breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights and had different options every morning. On our first morning i she'd if they had any bananas, he told me they didn't. The next morning there was one in the basket. That was a nice surprise. On the last night of our stay, our car window was busted out and our vehicle ransacked while in the parking lot. Not a great ending, but it could happen anywhere. A man on the staff did all they could to help with clean up and getting the opening travel- worthy for a 6 hour roadtrip. For safety reasons, we'll probably stay downtown next time.
Friendly staff comfortable beds
Everything was really nice the room was huge and clean I especially liked the breakfast selection although the buffet style dining area was a little unorganized everyone was kind of all over the place and certain things were hard to find or way out of reach. There was crowding at the waffle machines and I almost had my tray knocked out of my hands several times by peoples small children that were really just in the way. I felt like all those people and small kids standing over the food was very unsanitary I think it would be better to have someone serving the food cafeteria style then it would be less mess and the food would only be touched by gloved hands. Other than that there are no complaints and I’m booking a room at a Home 2 for my upcoming trip to Knoxville!
For the most part enjoyed my stay here. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great- better than most hotel continental options. The room was clean. Our biggest complaint is the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors and were woken up just about every night from them and hallway noise. Pillows had no support. The room was freezing when we arrived with the thermostat at 60 degrees.
Great location with a nice breakfast to start the day.
It was easily accessible from I-55
Hotel was clean with proper Covid precautions in place. The room was large and staff responded quickly to requests.
Very unorganized. Front desk staff was friendly, but housekeeping was not.
I didnt like that when your room is not available there is not enough front area or entrance parking
Keep well with social distance. Not too much items for breakfast.
Our stay was great! We loved being able to workout in their gym, do laundry for $1 and their pool was open. The staff was very friendly and got us whatever we needed for the room. They are also within walking distance to many restaurants, stores and the incredibly beautiful Forest Park. We loved walking and exploring the city everyday of our stay.
Free shuttle within 3 mile radius that took us to pick up our supper. And the nice fire pit area.
Great location. Nice staffs~ Good room condition ~
I had a wonderful stay at Home 2 Suites. Every staff member that I encountered was extremely polite and very helpful. I also appreciated how the housekeeping staff constantly checked to see if we needed anything. I really enjoyed my stay here.
