Would have liked an egg option. The hotel and service were great however they didn’t have my reservation. Upon check in they didn’t have me in the system. They eventually found me in the Expedia app but still couldn’t access the reservation. The hotel just gave me a room and said they would handle with Hotels.com after which I appreciated. Really bummed us out having to wait to figure out why it wasn’t in the system. Do better Hotels.com.

Very nice, would stay again. Clean, very nice helpful staff, great location near the hospital complex. However, the water pressure was very weak in the shower. Breakfast was also disappointing. They had little egg frisbees and they had them in this drawer thing that was easy to overlook and hard to get the food out of once you found it.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately had several disappointing experiences. One of the drawers in my room kept sliding open on its own and stayed half-open no matter what I did. I reported it multiple times, but nothing was ever fixed. In the end, I had to secure it myself using a hospital-grade 3M bandage tape just to keep it shut. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. One night they didn’t replace any towels—just removed the dirty ones and left me without clean ones. I had to use a small hand towel after showering. Bathroom supplies weren’t refilled, and I even found my clean clothes placed on the floor. To make things worse, they left their cleaning cloth and spray bottle on the table. Overall, the cleaning felt only partially done, and basic maintenance and service standards were not met. It’s disappointing, because with a bit more attention and care, my stay could have been much better.
