I was not aware I would be charged for parking and I’m pretty sure I was charged twice. The woman who checked me in was pleasant enough (slightly annoyed) but did seem genuine. When I called and spoke to a man, he was extremely helpful and friendly.

The heat in the room didn’t work I had to call the maintenance guy up three times

Dirty/ rundown hallways and rooms, bathtub didn’t drain, breakfast was horrible. This stay was even worse than my unpleasant one last time.

AC blows directly on the bed which was very uncomfortable. The room was fairly clean, but could have been better. Staff was great.

Uniqueness one of a few original marriott properties preserving the original architecture, in great condition, the one situation I constantly find is in the bathroom on the higher floors you're constantly standing in dirty water during your shower poor drainage.

When we got to the hotel to check in I was astounded there was a Starbucks in the lobby.... How exciting I can get my morning pick me up or afternoon snack without leaving the hotel. DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH... she refused to make 4 of the drinks I ordered, and the litte prissy girl behind the counter only knew how to huff and puff and roll her eyes. When I originally reserved this room at the hotel, it asked me my childrens ages. Now mind you I have 3 mid to upper teenagers. When we arrived at the hotel, much to my surprise we was in a room with 2 FULL beds. I was under the impression it was 2 queen beds. So then my husband and I discussed it further and just agreed we would be ok with getting a rolling bed and the kids could take turns sleeping on it, no issues. We fifnished our activities for the day and went down to get the bed sent to our room, and well much to my surprise, they couldnt do it. They simply stated it was a fire hazard, which I get, but it wouldnt have been blocking any exits... so I became very irritated... They offered to upgrade us to a bigger room, but that would have been more money from us, and then we would be away from our friends that were right across the hall. So we requested extra comforters and blankets. We finally received them after asking 3 times and then they brought 2 pillows, 1 which was hard as a rock and 2 measley blankets. No comforter, no sheets. The pool is beautful, and location was great!

THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN THE PROPERTY NEED WORK IN SOME OF THE ROOMS.

The location of it, the environment it holds, and the quietness

The place was clean, and the beds were great! The downside was not enough towels, no micro, and only 2 plug ins by the bed...i have a cpap and a phone and my sons phones...but other than that it was great

The bath tub was filthy, carpet smelled and there were no liners in the trash cans.

Very clean, nice big comfortable bed. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
