Amazing interior design - love this hotel! Friendly staff, clean property. Great restaurant inside hotel, as well.

So chic and inviting. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was so spacious and my king bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in hotel. Great hotel

Property was beautifully converted. Unfortunately our room was not serviced during our whole stay. The only ice machine in the hotel is on the 8th floor. They did have a wonderful cookies and milk service evenight.

Noise from everywhere, inside and especially out. Bed was comfortable but could not get any sleep due to fact neighboring hotels drop off was a covered stone drive thru that funneled all noise directly into room and I was on the 5th floor. Adjoining walls way too thin could hear people breathe. No amenities really. Ice machine on 8th floor only. If you drink at bar restroom is on 2nd floor. No breakfast. Nice staff and clean rooms but would not stay again though might be better in other part of hotel.

Easy walk to Busch Stadium. Milk and cookies each night. Free wifi for reward members. Really comfortable clean room.

Great place. Only drawback is that there are No fridges in rooms.

Staff very friendly. Sheets and shower curtain very wrinkled. Looked and felt unpleasing. Communication about available services limited. I asked about breakfast and was told they don’t serve breakfast, then later I seen a staff person delivering coffee so asked again and was told they serve all meals in the restaurant. Where was the restaurant ?

Should have read previous reviews on other travel sites about this property before booking. The “Deluxe” rooms are awful on the layout, feel like someone’s first New York apartment. Long, small, and narrow. Had a view of the air conditioning units and the parking garage. Parking is quite a bit extra and should be factored into the hotel room price. The neighborhood is met with panhandlers, and the stores nearby post signs warning off criminals due to police cams. No managers reception but what is offered in it’s place is milk and cookies (yes you read that correctly) from 8-10 PM. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking because you have to park in the Marriot's lot and it's $20 per night.

My husband and I came this past weekend and stayed in a king deluxe on the 12th floor. Hotel was easy to get to, just need to use caution due to lots of road work! Parking was not very convenient. We used the parking garage 2 blocks away, paying $16.00 for one night, and lugged our bags back and forth. Hotel is directly downtown with movies, bowling, and lots of restaurants literally within walking distance. Jason checked us in, which was pretty easy. Elevators are VERY small. Our room had a living room area with a small sofa and tv. VERY DARK!!!! Drove me nuts even sitting in there. Small bathroom, but it worked. I did see hair stuck to the wall behind the shampoo dispenser. Yuck! So after a long day, we decided to finally go to sleep. We pulled back the first blanket, and more black hair in our sheets! We moved the pillow, AND MORE HAIR!!! I wanted to call the front desk, but didn't feel like switching rooms and all that. I travel with sheets and blankets anyways, so I just threw that on the bed in hopes I didn't move a lot in my sleep. My husband wrapped our beach towels around the pillows to protect his head (and that's not like him at all). We had a window in our room, which was nice, but it faced a back alleyway with old air conditioning units, a bit of a let down. No view! Check out was easy, but not one person asked how our stay was! I wanted to say something about our sheets, but obviously they didn't care! Not sure if I would stay here again. FYI arch is closed!

Wonderful location close to great dining! Staff was very helpful. Room was a bit small but bed was very comfortable!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! Some things are a bit pricy, but they serve a very yummy complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant, free happy hour & free cookies & milk - all daily! I will definitely be checking out this hotel whenever I travel!

Check in was easy. Stayed in the 2 bdrm suite which was ok. Main complaints with my hotel stay was access to parking. Valet parking is $28.00 otherwise you have to find alternative parking. There were some small maintenance issues like nonoperational exhaust fan in bathroom. Lightbulbs out in bathroom and over bathroom sink area. Nearest ice machine on the 8th floor which was a little inconvenient.

No complaints here. Clean room, friendly staff who hooked me up with some extras on our anniversary.

Though historic and the lobby area was elegant, the bar staff was not friendly. Fitness center was well equipped. Room was drab and not as nice as the photos depicted. Suite was not clean and the drain really slow in the tub. Also some holes in the walls and painting were needed in the suite.

Delightful architectural detail was kept when this hotel was remodeled. The original history of the hotel still shines. Staff was great. The location is very convenient for anything in the downtown area.

The decor was lovely. However it was an older building. Elevators were really cramped. Worries on incidental charges and 5 dollar water bottles, that is just ridiculous. Location was good. And the city is beautiful.

Very friendly staff. Neat historic hotel with modern conveniences. Cary Grant used to stay there. The hotel bar is named after a character in one of his movies.
