The hotel staff was welcoming and kind the entirety of my stay. They were accommodating and warm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The showers were great and stocked with Drybar products which was a nice surprise. The only issue was the parking. It's quite far away from the hotel to keep going back and forth from if you plan to leave often. I wish there was a closer lot. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location!

thin ceilings, noise from above, smelled like boo-boo.

Loved everything about it

I liked that the staff was very friendly. We went on a weekday so it was quiet. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed it. We did go in February so it was super cold but the indoor pool room was heated. The kids swam for about 40 minutes before they started to get cold. I do like that the valet was available because there were no parking areas nearby. I noticed that the hotel is dog friendly so I am excited to be able to bring our dog on our next visit.

Awesome property, will definitely return. They don't offer free breakfast, so I wouldn't recommend adding the breakfast on Orbitz. They honored it which was awesome - but Orbitz is misleading. Staff was awesome.

This is a brand new hotel so it was very clean. It's located in an emerging tech district. Our TV did not work and it took until well into day 2 of a 3-day stay to get it fixed. No one really apologized or offered to move us, although the hotel didn't seem full. The cost of the self parking also wasn't explained that well. Overall a good stay with a couple of glitches.

It was very nice hotel! I really enjoyed the bed so much. It was so comfortable, I wish I had it at my house. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was the no self parking. Valet can get very expensive after tipping every time.
