when i checked in i hsd to use the restroom i used the lobby restroom and the toilet didn't flush also they had no can opener also my girlfriend tried to charge her cellphone in the lobby but the outlets didn't work

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are good size and very clean. Staff is super nice and very professional. The toilet in our room was not working (water issue). The receptionist was nice to give us a different room promptly. However the floor on which our room was located had big drying fans running all the time, which was annoying. None of the ice makers on any floor, except on the ground floor were working. I hope they fix all the maintenance issues soon.

Staff were great, they answered any and all questions we had. I do believe they need to update their building maintenance. Nothing bad. Thats the reason for the 4 stars
