Not the greatest experience. The service was terrible. The free breakfast was not even worth going to. No high chairs for kids to sit down and eat. The only good thing about the place was the location. Really close to the landing and good restaurants.

This is an older hotel which is wonderfully located in historic Branson Village and very close to the Branson Landing which has loads of restaurant and shops and a good place to just have a walk. The general manager seemed to be everywhere checking to make sure things were going well. We had a toilet problem which was immediately fixed. thanks to his attention. We had a king suite in a separate wing. And there is loads of free parking behind the hotel.

So much Thanks too the Hotel Staff- Best Ever. The Business Suite was a terrific room, would go back and recommend Best Western. Convenient location to The Landing and other points of interest.

I enjoyed the stay while my wife was in a conference. The free trolley pick me up at the door stop number 8 and took me right to the pro bass shop.

My children and I were stuck because of winter weather and had to take a quick hotel, the Best Western at the landing was available and reasonable. the heat wasn't that great but it was enough to keep us comfortable.

First, this is really a motel, as the doors open to the outdoors that said, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was small, but comfortable, with updated fixtures and a nice flat screen tv. Breakfast was adequate and very clean eating area. Only negative was the carpet was not vacuumed before or during our stay. Nothing gross though. I would highly recommend if you're simply looking for a comfortable room at a great price. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff!

We stayed in a king suite, little more money but I like the extra space! Shuttle stop will take u to the Landing, and u can walk to the restaurants & shops. It is an older but very we'll kept hotel. Typical breakfast complimentary, Plenty to eat, was well stocked.

This hotel was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. It was close enough to the landing to walk. It was great to not have to worrying about driving and finding a parking spot at the landing. We walked along the lake trail one morning and it was fabulous. The hotel was very clean. Had a comfortable bed and the room was well appointed. The staff was very friendly. We would definatley return to this hotel. Great value.

We loved the location of this hotel in terms of getting around the Landing area. This is not a good place if you want to be near the Strip. We walked to great restaurants (White River Fish House), shopping, and to the beautiful waterfront-even a Starbucks within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast offerings were good and the staff friendly. We found the room clean and updated. However, the hotel is located on a VERY busy street that can be heard from all the rooms facing Main Street. There is a lot of truck and motorcycle noise throughout the night. I recommend good earplugs or asking for rooms AWAY from Main Street!

Spent 3 nights over a weekend here. Although the room was not big, it was comfortable and well worth what we paid for the two of us. The hotel is located 3 blocks from Branson Landing, and for us the walk was nothing. Be aware the walk back to the hotel is up a fairly steep hill. There was plenty to do in the area, however you will need to drive out of the downtown area to go to any shows. The breakfast buffet was about what you would expect, coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, biscuts and gravy, as well as waffles. Not the best, but you can't beat the cost!

The hotel was very easy to find, near the attractions. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the pool and facilities were in working order and clean. The only negative was the buffet breakfast did not have very much variety and very little seating room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an older hotel but it is updated nicely. We stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable.

Rooms are all street-level by VERY busy street, so sleeping is not really an option here. Disappointed by title of hotel as "Landing View" as we thought it was down by the river - it's not - it's way up the street and my husband joked on the balcony that only there does one get the "landing" view.

THE WEATHER WAS RAINY AND IT WAS COLD SO THAT PUT A DAMPER ON T5HE TRIP BUT THE ROOM WAS GREAT.VERY NICE!!!

Experience was good. Was a little disappointed with the fitness center. Only one each of a stepper, treadmill and bicycle. A hotel that size should have a little more equipment. Hard to get in to use any of the equipment.

The hotel worked out fine. Location was nice. Very clean and we enjoyed the great breakfast.

very good stay, close to the landing, staff was great, would stay again

Room was very clean and staff was great! Waffles were great for breakfast. Staff was very prompt in bringing requested items in the middle of the night for my granddaughter who wasn't feeling well.

We went to Branson to have a renunion with USAF buddies, and to see some shows. The hotel staff were excellent in recommending shows to see and aquiring tickets for us. The morning breakfast was always fresh. The rooms were always clean. We can't say enough about the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to help whithe whatever our needs were. Good stay.
