They did a great job with the pictures on the website. They definitely did not reflect what it looks like in person. The rooms and bathroom/vanity area is tiny. It looks like it has been updated so the rooms were clean with newer carpet and bedding. Our room faced the main road and the traffic was so loud all day/night long. On a positive note, the free breakfast was good.

I do not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness was terrible. The only thing I truly expect from a hotel is for it to be clean, and unfortunately, this one was not. There was old dirt in the bathroom and sink, and the bedspread had a visible stain. I even found an undergarment next to the sofa and a pill on the bedroom floor — completely unacceptable. The breakfast was not good either, but for me, cleanliness is the most important thing. I didn’t complain or ask for the room to be cleaned again because I came to enjoy a trip with my children, but honestly, from the very first day, I wanted to switch hotels. Very disappointing experience.

We enjoyed our stay, the food was good, it was very clean, however, the room smelt like meldew. I stayed on the second floor down from the office passed the pool, there was a ac unit leaking bad. The railing fence like thing to keep from falling off second floor, my 1 yr old could fit throu it and almost fell throu the railing when she ran out of our room. I was worried that the walk way would collapse. This is a good hotel for anyone but the safety of children, the fact the room smells so meldew and needs to get some kind of update

This was an older hotel, but it had been updated. It was clean. It was within walking distance of Main St., Branson. Beds were very comfortable, a must after a day of walking.

It was a last minute reservation but they handled it very well. We were really tired and the hotel was sufficient for us. Its an older place with some updates. The breakfast was okay.

Upon entering our room, we were overwhelmed by a very musty smell, indicating likelihood of mold. The room that the bed is in has no windows, so my wife who is mildly claustrophobic could not sleep there. We left and booked a room at another hotel.

People have to write honest reviews. This property is subpar, old building, poorly maintained and extremely poor cleanliness. The sheets were not changed and previously used towels were left in the tub. Guests should avoid this property. There are plenty of better options for the same money available
