This is a great older place to stay with a good location for walking Downtown Branson. Note, it is on a rather steep hill, so walking will tire legs. Rooms were older, but clean and staff were great. There was an "old musty smell" in the room, so we did get an air freshener. We will definitely stay there again.

Staff was nice. Easy check in. Convenient location. Good breakfast with lots of options. Unfortunately room needs improvement. Door had large gap, so had to put a chair with a coat against it to block cold air. Shower had so much pressure it was uncomfortable. Flooring was in bad shape. Mattress could use an upgrade. Room was clean with nice bathroom supplies. We did get a free upgrade offered, that we didnt take since we had one night left.

Breakfast was good and really hit the spot. Especially the eggs and the pancakes. The shower in the room was a highlight with excellent pressure. Rooms very clean with comfortable bed and very comfortable pillows. Super convenient location to the landing as well as to other dining and shopping.

The room was clean but the smell of the inside of the room was awful to breathe in. The room felt very dated and stagnant. The outlets on the wall were covered in something that looked brown. We ended up leaving and not staying.

Enjoyed the room. Breakfast was both delicious and easy to walk to from our room. I liked that we had a variety for breakfast and the menu rotated daily. It was easy to get things around town but also just off strip that the traffic was bearable.

Upon arrival at this facility, the front desk receptionist was unhelpful. The property is in poor condition and in need of renovation. The indoor pool was closed during my visit. Additionally, the microwave was absent from the room, and the shower drain was clogged. I do not intend to stay at this property again.
