Actually, for the price, not impressed.

Staff was horrible.

Valet was great, but the restaurant was awful, bad food, and they didnt have enough employees to handle a crowd.

I reserved a room with a bathtub and was given a different room. The tub was a large factor in choosing this hotel so obviously it was a disappointment. Also we had to wait to check-in even tho we arrived at 7pm

Great hotel. Only complaints....no room service (probably COVID related). Attached restaurant closed on Sunday (really wanted to try their pasta).TV cable service went out in the whole building minutes before Sunday game day...and stayed out for hours (wish they could have gotten an engineer there quicker, had to go to sports bar). Other than that, its an extremely clean hotel, with very pleasant staff, and nice old (period) decor. Bright comfortable rooms with desks for those working while traveling. I would come back for sure.

I was charged twice; paid for my 4 night stay with Orbitz, then charged again by the hotel. Concierge very dismissive when I tried to get the overcharge corrected, saying it was a security deposit, which I would get back. Such was not the case, and I have Orbitz customer service sorting it out. In my room: Dust caked atop velvet headboard and desk, broken lamp, blood stain on sheet, stains on wall and carpet, sticky nightstand, dirty gym. Not what I expect from a 4-star hotel.

It was a beautiful building - however, we had to wait a very long time for a room and we were not able to go to the historic bar - the room was so dirty and tiny - very disappointing.

Nothing special. Construction in front of hotel on street. Parking was hit & miss. Front desk staff seemed disinterested. Interior was dark.

Valet took forever. We called front desk all 3 times and they would never tell the valet. There were always groups of people waiting. It was a mess and not structured. The receptionists were rude and not friendly, the facility was outdated, and dirty. Our bathroom had hair all over it from someone else. The carpet looked Soo worn out! The restrooms outside of the hotel room were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time! It was disappointing.

Hotel did not honor our orbitz booking for a room with 2 queen beds and as a result we had to find a new hotel when we arrived in town after 9pm to be able to sleep 3 people. Ridiculous.

This is my 4th time staying here over the past 3 months. I absolutely love the property as I’m a huge fan of Art Deco architecture and design. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. Beds and linens are some of the best I’ve come across for the price. It will be my go to hotel for years to come when traveling between Missouri and Colorado

The employee at check-in was more worried about screaming over us to other customers to put on their masks. The room could have been cleaner, especially since they had notices on the mirror that "extra steps" were taken to clean certain areas. P.S. was the best part of our stay and I think I would reserve a table there again, but probably not stay in the Hotel.
