Dirty room made me feel icky. Broken air conditioner made loud noises. I asked for a room change. They offered to have maintenance fix it. The second night was the same. I’m exhausted. I’m at a different hotel tonight. On the good side, the 12th floor lobby and top floor bar were cool.

The hotel was pretty awesome with the design and layout. Rooms were small and quaint. The couch under the umbrella in the lobby was the coolest thing ever. Only complaint is the rooftop bar had a private party and was supposed to open to everyone at 8pm, when we went up about 10:30 pm it was closed and the staff would not even let us see the view. This was very disappointing as it was to be a highlight of the hotel and our night!

Has potential but fell short. The staff, location, and views were amazing which is what saved the stay. We had breakfast at Commenwealth, the cappuccino machine was broken and they were out of most foods, and the eggs that came out had whites that were runny. We gave it a second shot by having snacks at the arts bar, shrimp tacos were mostly onions very little shrimp and the bread on the cheese board was stale. Also our first night stay there was a party happening and the whole hotel reeked of marijuana. The hotel is beautiful, but would I stay again, that’s a hard no.

I like the art in this hotel.

Fun hotel with a nice cafe and rooftop bar. Rooms were clean and roomy, especially appreciated the desk in the room and all the unique touches. Bathroom was spacious and clean with nice soaps and shampoos. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was really neat. Very artistic inspired vibe. Great quite lil spot away from the madness, but still relatively close to most tourists attractions…

Paying for parking sucked. Everything else was good.

It was an experience just to be there. Great location, and Amazing view of the arch! Great deals on rooms as well!

Very strange and unpleasant hotel. The air conditioner kicks on every few hours and wakes you up throughout the night. The rooms are small and dingy with unpleasant decor like electrical cords sticking out and odd throw pillows on the bed. There’s a coffee maker but no clean water anywhere so you have to use the sink. And the area it’s in has nothing around it.

Loved the colorful rooms. Parking was easy.

Love the hotel, it's unique and fun! With the late check in though everyone came in at once and we waited awhile to check in and I can tell there bar is understaffed too.

This was one of the coolest hotels that I've stayed at -- such a cool, unique concept. It's definitely a place for artists and art-lovers. The details that they thought about while designing the hotel and noticeable and appreciated. Due to COVID, sadly their main restaurant is closed (they do offer breakfast but I'd still advise that you find a place offsite for this).

Check in was great, they were very nice and were much better than the last hotel I stayed in. Covid affects what can be offered but gives everyone the option of stepping up in the service provided and the front desk did that.

unique and creative boutique hotel. Colorful scheme and attention to detail.

Thank you so much for your review Gerald. We are extremely sorry for the issues with ART Bar and we are currently looking into the reasoning of the early closure. We know many guests look foward to a night cap at our rooftop bar. Thank you again for your feedback!

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the food issues your experienced. I have sent the information about the issues in the restaurant to our Chef and will follow up. Hopefully, our team was able to remedy the issue with your eggs during breakfast service.
