At one point my room was called to make sure my guest were satisfied. The staff went above and beyond great customer service. I was even allowed to check into my room early. I'm a happy customer. I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years and never had a bad experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn. Let me find something negative to say that would NOT affect my choosing to stay here again. It would have been nice to have a protein beside eggs at breakfast BUT the omelet was tasty, not like the water, funky pan of "scrambled" eggs that you usually find. My other complaint is that I booked through Orbitz, like I frequently do. Normally I have no problem when I check into the hotel to attach my Hilton Honors membership, in order to get my points and access to their wifi. The front desk could not figure it out because my number wouldn't pull anything up, so no points. A couple of hours later when I tried to log into complimentary wifi, I couldn't, so had to call the desk and they had tech support call me back and have me mess around with my laptop until I got wifi, then we had to do it for my phone, maybe there was a weird glitch that night or not, but I have never had a problem before. I finally called hilton honors customer service to figure out why my number was inactive, and was told it wasn't, I had everything up to date.... weird., BUT I did learn that I no longer get my points when I book through a 3rd party. That is irritating because there are a million choices of hotel chains that will give me my points and they are also in every city I travel to so I may have to decide on a new favorite hotel chain to get the amenities that I should get for loyalty!

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating. They made up the room and staged my son's stuffed animals I. A funny way that he got a kick out of every time! The free cookies and milk nightly were an added bonus. Patrick, Sam, Jamie, and Grandma Linda we're amazing to my entire family. If we visit the area again we will stay here again!

Everything about the hotel is outstanding. The staff was great. Greeted me when I left and when I returned. Room was GREAT. It is a newer hotel and is very well kept.

The ladies that checked us in were very friendly and one even called about an hour 1/2 after we checked in to see if we needed anything and if the room was ok. There was also fresh baked cookies and milk from 8pm-9pm that were delicious and served by a lady named Grandma Linda and she was very sweet. The beds were very comfortable and there was a nice fluffy comforter on the bed. The bathroom was nice and big which was an added bonus. The breakfast was great because it was free but nothing was delicious. Just OK.

Great place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Good breakfast. Cookies and milk with Grandma Linda was the highlight of our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone from families to businessmen.

This appears to be a new facility as this was the best Hampton Inn that I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best that I have experienced at a hotel of this level. The room rate was very reasonable for the level of quality received at this property.
