Hotel personnel were very nice and helpful. Kickback hour and breakfast were done very nicely in a very nice setting. With so many people in the hotel, we had to wait at times for an elevator. Our room was close to the elevator but we never had a noise problem. I was disappointed that Drury does not supply body lotion. I did not bring lotion, thinking the hotel would supply it. The beds were very comfy but I did find the room small and we had only two people. There was a cupboard , not closet for hanging clothes and this took up room space. The air conditioner was wall unit and very noisy. All in all it was a good stay but I might try the Pear Tree just up the street the next time....looks like a newer building and property.

Stayed here for one night and it was excellent. Secure on-site parking, clean rooms, pleasant staff, and a great free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first experience staying at a Drury Inn and I was very pleased with the complimentary breakfast as well as the evening kick-back (a full meal plus complementary adult beverages). I didn't realize an evening meal was included and missed it the first night, which I subsequently regretted. This alone would make me stay in a Drury Inn again with my family. The front desk staff when we arrived were super friendly. The cons were: our room was an interior room with no natural sunlight (there was a "window" which overlooked the enclosed pool area, which was *noisy*); the daily room cleaning was subpar and/or stingy - we were not particularly messy but there were some crumbs on a counter that were not wiped down and they did not replace tissues or soap; there was not a table in the room (there was a very tiny side table, but not a proper table for two people to play a game or eat at); and the pool area was *disgusting* (water was foggy, which means the chemicals desperately needed to be balanced and water shocked and used tools were everywhere). None of these things are deal-breakers in any way for our family, but it's a pity they were even an issue (if the lack of sunlight is a problem for you, you might request an exterior room).

Our room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks. Every year I schedule a large family St.Louis weekend and this year was the first time all of the family liked the hotel and requested that we come back to Drury next year!

Was impressed with rooms and free breakfast. Thought it would just be pastries and fruit and was surprised to see biscuits and gravy, eggs, hash browns, waffles and much more. Nice staff and great location. Elevators slow but oh well.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone. The feel is very relaxed and comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean and our room comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Nicely refurbished historic property with very modern rooms.

The staffs were very helpful and know what they're doing .

The Drury hotel stay was great except I didn't get any outside window view.

We had a very comfortable stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I gave cleanliness a 2 because when I took a shower there was a large cluster of hair on the shower wall. We loved the hot breakfast and the kickback.

The hotel is a little outdated but rustic my wife loved it. The location is pretty close to downtown about 14 blocks but union station is directly across the street and hockey areana is right around the corner so overall location is pretty good. The free parking and the free drinks and food was a nice perk that we took advantage of each day along with morning breakfasts. The staff was very helpful and courteous so our stay was pretty enjoyable.

The amenities are obviously geared toward families, so it may not be ideal for adults traveling without kids and/or looking for a quiet or more elegant hotel experience. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location very good for not being right in the downtown area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was really good, not to mention a midday snack with the kickback. Be careful of the pool. The floor and sides of the pool are rough and will cut up hands and feet.

All was good...would like to see their breakfast extended a bit. Most other hotels that have a complimentary breakfast, go to around 10:30am. All else was great.

We had a great time....loved the snack time n how friendly the staff was!

Stayed here for the second time and for two nights. Great hotel. Evening drinks and food outstanding. Breakfast is great. Free parking, can't be beat. Slept well even though we were next to the elevator. For any first time visitors there are15 minute parking slots right inside the garage to park and get room key before you can enter the parking area through the gate.

This is a great motel for us to stay in. Easy access, good restaurants nearby, good place to walk our dog.

Everything was fantastic, the staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and just a great experience overall.

Interior of hotel is more impressive than exterior. This hotel compared to others in nearby vicinity is a better value. Free parking in hotel garage, free drinks and food in the evening and complimentary breakfast in the morning. I rarely sleep well in a hotel but slept like a rock as there wasn't any exterior noise. Staff was very polite and energetic.
