The staff was friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and we really appreciated how easy and relaxing the entire stay felt. Very great property. Lots of options within the hotel for dining and drinks. Close to Swordfish Tom’s which is a fantastic speakeasy. Close to Up Down which is a lot of fun. Only reason I gave 4 stars on area around hotel is crime and construction in the area and no covered parking. But it is kind of what is expected in the crossroads area. Plenty to do in the area and the hotel is overall great but for the price they should provide free water in the rooms.

Everything about the stay was wonderful, from check in to check out! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great drinks at the bar, plus they have a pool table and shuffle board! They also make fresh pizzas out of their pizza oven that you can get delivered to your room. It's a very unique property with an interesting history. I definitely recommend it!

Room design had a modern industrial feel which it made it unique yet inviting and comfortable. Staff is friendly and attentive. The lobby bar, XR, was a great place to gather for a drink and a bite to eat. It gets busy so the wait times and service can fall a bit behind but no worries, relax and enjoy! Crossroads was great and a place I’d return to. Make sure your room number is an even number. Odd numbers overlook the lobby which has a covering that makes odd-numbered rooms seem gloomy.
