Great hotel in a fun location. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are excellent.

Unique boutique hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, clean rooms. Would stay again and recommend!

Very impressed with the look of this hotel. Love the red brick on the outside and the inside is artsy and has a modern industrial style. We checked in at noon and were able to get into our room right away which was nice. 4th floor and I have to say smelled great! loved the hallways. Room was nice and clean. Shower worked great and was clean. I thought bed was comfortable. Their rooftop is nice. Nice view but was bummed we could not play Bocce because of COVID. Also no gym because of COVID. Both amenities that were taken away that should have brought cost of hotel down. I would have taken advantage of both of them. Also you had to make a reservation for rooftop because of COVID and I think you only got an hour. Service was good though and they did give me coffee and a water bottle when I asked each morning. I did go for runs outside the hotel and they gave me a card that had a route to go. Oh also their lounge bar in lobby was closed because of COVID. Was not very clear about it when I booked. This hotel I am sure is Excellent but COVID restrictions only makes it good and I really think it should have been discounted more.

What a great place! Staff was exceptional and accommodating! Super clean. Reclaimed wood in walls from floors of old PBR distribution facility. Short walk to Jacks BBQ Which was nice. Rooftop bar have a great view of city skyline. Thanks for your hospitality. Will stay again for sure.

Everyone and everything was above and beyond at this hotel. We brought our Boston Terrier dog and two children and had the best time. It is a lively hotel with a thriving lounge scene at the lobby bar. There is really fun art to look at everywhere. The location is terrific, with restaurant and entertainment options nearby and a streetcar, which easily takes you to its downtown districts. I only wish I had packed yoga clothes so I could have participated in the Saturday morning Libby yoga class! It looked like everyone was having a great time! A+++++++++++++++

Great concept, very clean, excellent service, fun roof top.

Wonderful stay. Every detail was in order and thoughtfully managed.

Location & vibe was great. Staff were friendly. Did not like the hours of the roof top bar or the lobby bar. Limited food options & No food options after midnight. A hotel that stated they were the #1 hotel in KC, did not have all the services, hours & amenities of a #1 hotel.

I really loved how friendly the staff is at Crossroads Hotel and the guest rooms were wonderful, nicely designed with a beautiful bathroom and beds!! I loved the overall design of interior of the hotel and how the hotel also offers dining choices. My son and i just recently stayed there and the valet service was EXCELLENT, HELPFUL AND. STAFF WAS JUST AWESOME!!! When we vsit again Crossroads is the way to stay its in the middle of eveything close to Sprint Center which makes for easy travel, close to shopping, dining options, hospitals and interstate. Thank You Crossroads!!

The hotel is really cool! They did a great job of keeping many elements of the original building (Pabst beer distribution facility) and played off them nicely. The room was really comfortable, super clean and the details carried into the room. The wallpaper was designed by a local tatoo artist. It was a subtle touch that highlighted Kansas City.

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Room lighting was marginally effective particularly when trying to use the closet/armoire. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were wonderful: Friendly, attentive, helpful, accommodating. Bed was very comfortable. Large shower. Downstairs bar was quite nice. Good service, drinks, and pizza was great. There is no coffee pot in room but they have free coffee in the bar starting very early. They did provide me a coffee pot and coffee when I requested it.

This hotel is amazing. Since it was just recently remodeled, everything is still new

Wow! What an amazing hotel! Beautiful! Modern! Most friendly hotel staff I have ever seen, and I travel a lot! Top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed!

This place just opened about a month ago. My husband and I live in KC and spent the night here last night just for fun for his birthday. These guys have gone way out of their way to capture an old world ambience in a very cozy yet styling way. Its an old Pendergast building joined to a former PBR bottling plant. So it’s got a warehousey-industrial vibe with exposed brick, reclaimed wood, huge exposed metal beams, random wall safes and vault rooms, lovely chandeliers, etc. The lighting is spectacular throughout—intimate and cozy. The lobby is awesome, the kind of place where you just want to hang out indefinitely. Big open space, bar, couches, a wood fired oven with pizza, backgammon, pool, books... Their brand new in-house restaurant Lazia is also lovely. We had the burrata app, and the carbonara and the squid ink pasta, all extremely tasty. (Only comment here is that the food was just on the edge of being over-salted. Still delicious though). Our room was great. Classy, lots of character. Excellent shower pressure! Very cozy bed, and A + on the lighting. Finally, this place did an amazing job of hiring happy, welcoming, enthusiastic staff. I got the impression from the moment we got to the door that everyone who worked there just thought the hotel was the coolest place ever, and that they were proud to be able to welcome you there. A real pride of association. Which was really neat! Totally recommend. It’s not just a hotel, but a full on experience.
