I’ve stayed at AC Hotels before and was impressed every time. NOT this time. It felt more like a cheap motel- especially because apparently they don’t care about people throwing loud hotel parties that last until 7am in a pandemic. My room was dirty with makeup still in the sink and hair in the shower. They don’t provide coffee or water bottles in the rooms due to Covid? Just seems cheap, water bottles aren’t going to give anyone Covid. Very disappointed.

I didn't like that the breakfast that was advertised was French and cost $15. I also was disappointed to find that when I returned to the hotel late on Saturday night that I had no place to park. As a paying hotel guest, I didn't expect to find the parking lot full of cars belonging to people visiting the West Port area.

Clean hotel. In walking distance to great bars and restaraunts. Busy night life Friday and Saturday almost like a college town.

First of all amazing location! The room itself made great use of space. It was clean and well maintained. Had a great experience and would definitely return.

Nice hotel - walking distance to food & coffee shops.

Hotel staff made our trip. I was traveling with new boss. Weather was horrible. We were treated warmly by front desk and by Darling bartender. Will recommend your establishment!

Location was perfect, design drew us here, staff was friendly, but a few things may be out of your control. We received the first room on the first floor, so it was very loud in the morning as people were checking out (doors all slammed, elevator dings, even inside voices were carried through the walls). Also, the pillows were stiff & uncomfortable. Overall, we would stay here again, but would try for a room away from the entry. :)

Nice upscale place in an area with a lot of nightlife and a lot of things going on. The hotel you can tell was an old place but they did a great job of transforming it to an AC quality venue. The only down side was our room was horribly dirty. The floor near the fridge and window where sticky enough that your feet felt like they had to be peeled up. We also found a bra in the drawer that obviously didn’t belong to us.

Wasnt told on Orbitz that it was a European breakfast for $15. Bought four days for two and it was terrible. The desk wouldn't reimburse because I didn't book through them. Give an American breakfast and more people will eat there. The price for cheese and meat in a croissant is ridiculous.

The Westport location allows walking to great restaurants and boutique shops in the area. It's convenient and interesting. Love the ability to park and walk.

The AC is a hip new take on a hotel. Pulled up too music playing at the check in - very fresh chic, interior. Felt different from the word go. The rooms are small but laid out extremely well so it did not feel the least bit cramp. Near lots of great food and drinking options. We loved it. Although a free continental breakfast would have been nice...coffee?!

The ACby Marriot in Westport has friendly staff, a ton of dining and nightlife within a very short walk, and fantastic rates compared to other places of similar quality. I would highly recommend staying in one of their comfortable and modern rooms. The rainfall showers and cozy beds made the stay fantastic.

A lovely hotel with a great staff who was very friendly. The rooms are very modern and the walk in shower with the rain shower is better than my own houses shower. The only thing I didn't like was the beds were a little too firm for me but you can't get everything. Also surrounded by many cool restaurants and bars. I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I return to KC!

The location can't be beat, and is a great alternative to staying on the Plaza or downtown. Friendly, helpful staff and a great vibe contributed to a nice stay. A bit of advice, though: the bathroom design lacks some privacy (a glass door and no exhaust fan).

everything was good. but there's thing, when you take shower the water is warm but not hot enough...

Room was spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was really nice, with a great mirror/vanity section and a nice, very modern shower. Hotel staff was extremely accommodating. No complaints at all about this hotel, except for the rowdy Westport crowds. Obviously not the hotel's fault, though, and all of the noise from a very busy Saturday night was blocked once inside our room.

The hotel is in a great location to walk anywhere in Westport. The Plaza is very close to walk or drive. The hotel has it's own parking lot so there is no additional parking fees. Most hotels in the area require parking fees. Make sure you bring slippers or something for your feet because the room floors are laminate. Very nice rooms and very clean. Staff was very helpful with all of our requests/needs.

European style, well located near bars and restaurants. Perfect for those wanting to avoid drinking and driving. Rooms are a little cramped for families, and breakfast server had a bit of an attitude. Don't think he liked kids.
