Bathroom very poor condition, broken handles in shower and plumbing needs work.

At first pulling up to the building was questionable but once inside it is an amazing beautiful building.

Clean safe and close to a lots of restaurants. Good view.

The room smelled really bad to the point I was going to ask for another room....was too tired. There was this continuous noise, maybe a large washing machine.....hard to fall asleep.

Ok. So I have stayed here on at least five occasions. This time was much like the previous times. It always seems like there is not enough employees to do the work. Desk clerk was great but room was not ready at 4 pm. Room looked like it was half done...new stuff, old stuff. Tried to take a nap but was interrupted by saws. Went to eat before game, no food..only drinks....loud hallways at 1am.......You stay here because it is close to stadium but the price and the quality if not there anymore. I will take my chances and drive a little next time.

Kinda noisy on the 4th floor door slamming kids running down the hall.

This was the worst experience EVER! No pool, and it was not stated when I made the reservation! Black mold on the bathroom ceiling,I have photos, carpets were stained and filthy. Wild party and fighting in the lobby at 2 am, scared to even go out, the desk clerk laughed it off! Another employee said we were wise to stay locked in our room! Breakfast.. oh my.. filthy old conference room, cold food. Thank goodness it was free no one would pay for this. I will not stay here or ever recommend this to anyone. I was here July 13,2019

Proximity to stadium was key. Some remodeling in lobby was less than ideal but understandable.

The staff were wonderful and friendly; the room clean and functional, beds comfortable. I was less impressed with the pickup/drop off area which is very narrow & curved. Also we were unsure about breakfast because although no free breakfast was advertised on their website (nor mentioned by the staff upon check in) there appeared to be one on Sunday morning (which was a nice surprise!) We were there for a couple of baseball games & found it very challenging to get from the hotel across the street to the ball park (no sidewalk, no cross light, etc) but that's not the hotel's fault. Overall it was a decent place to stay and a good deal for the dollar.

Location is exceptional. Staff friendly and accommodating

This hotel is supposedly going through a renovation. I hope so, because as it is, it is well below the standards of its competition. The rooms were dated and there was a lot of external noise coming into the room. The TV was not HD and the bathroom was very cramped. The person checking us in was chewing food, some of which was coming out of his mouth. I guess its the old saying about getting only one chance to make a first impression. On the other hand, it is very convenient to Kaufman Stadium, which is why we chose this hotel. Also, there was no breakfast included with the reservation. Come on Sheraton, get with the game!

Wasn't looking for anything special on this visit. It was quiet and clean. Location was OK, but it seemed like a weird part of town...definitely a little sketchy.

Pool was broken. Our toilet got plugged up and wasn't taken care of when the staff came to clean the rooms.

There is no ice machine on the main floor. The restaurant/bar is never managed well with staff. People always have to wait and don't get good service. Which is bad because there is always lots of people wanting to hand out there before/after concerts or games.
