This hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable.
Overall was a good place to stay but there is a street behind the room I was staying that a Prime semi truck was parked all night with a refrigerator trailer that kept turning on throughout the he night making a lot of noise. I complained to the staff and they admitted that it had been a problem in the past but were unable to do anything about it because it was a public street
The room was very clean but the bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and the eating area was very nice and spacious. Staff was not readily available when I checked out so I didn’t get to talk to anyone.
Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The one thing I was not especially fond if was the orange or apple juice, they were both very weak. On a side note, almost every hotel I have ever stayed at is about the same. That being said, i can not complain about the juice.
Our room was not cleaned the next day like it was supposed to be. And a side door which you normally have to unlock with your room key was unlocked when it shouldn’t have been.

The staff is what sets this hotel apart from their competition. Our group normally stay next door at the Fairfield Inn, but it had changed hands which made us nervous and choose to seek other accommodations. We were first greeted by Jessica at the front desk, who made us feel like she was genuinely happy to see us, made sure our check-in was smooth and even gave us helpful advice about the vacation destination that we were there to enjoy. We were then greeted by Anthony, who prepares the breakfast. He informed us of the hours he would be serving and thanked us for giving them the opportunity to make our stay a great one! We reached our room, which was (by far) one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been in. The bedding was pristine white, soft and plush. The bed was firm with a plush topper and was as comfortable as my $3k bed at home. The pillows were soft/firm and greeted my head like a cloud after ponding pavement for 14hrs. There was no shortage of hot water. Three of us showered in a row at peak showering time with no loss of heat or water pressure. The complimentary products were Neutrogena and smelled great. We passed a housekeeper in the hall who smiled and asked us how our stay was going (I wish I would have caught her name as well). This hotel has set a VERY high standard, that I have not experienced in $300 per night hotels. Kudos to the management of this hotel for hiring employees that treat guests like long lost family and thank you Jessica & Anthony!
