The house was fairly clean. The floors and the rugs needed a good vacuuming and a washing. Its an older house that appears to be renovated by the owner(s). The appliances looked & worked great. The main floor had an aesthetic, more modern look.

Not a pleasant neighborhood with terrible curbside appeal.

The online description of the property was NOT accurate. The yard was VERY unkept, weeds very overgrown. Neighbors feed cats so there are cats & their “droppings”’all over. AND stinks like cat crap. I would not enjoy sitting on the porch or balcony drinking coffee or wine, catching up with a good book at all as the description suggests. The inside of the house was ok as it was polishing a very old house with nasty steps & floor upstairs, felt like you were going to go through a couple places & we didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. Bars on businesses windows. The house has been worked on to try remodel it, especially on the 1st floor, it wasn’t as bad at all. Beds were comfortable. It just needs more TLC & the neighbors not to have cat houses everywhere. .
