The products used to clean room are so over powering. The walls are thin and could hear next door shower ar 4:45 am and tv until 1:00 am. Free breakfast is one yogurt per person, toast, cereal or waffle. Flight delayed, check in was midnight. Staff was wonderful.
Hall and staircase carpets were dated and dirty but when I got back from a trip they had installed new carpets.

Wasnt very clean, but was close to the airport. The only reason I chose it to begine with. Will pay the extra $$ to stay somewhere else next time. Wrappers in the hall were there when we checked in, still there when we left. Chips, containers, and other trash were in the elevator light guard. Two towels given in the suite that sleeps five - with four guests checking in....just to name a few items in question.
My flight out ofOrlando was canceled and I never made it . I hope I didn’t get charged. I have had trouble getting my rental car refund too
I booked 2 rooms. One room was good, while the other one was awful. It didn’t have a microwave, the TV wasn't working, but they fixed it, the phone didn’t work (they fixed it), the air conditioner didn’t work. They couldn't switch rooms because they were supposedly full. There was a room full of kids next to us, they were very loud, running up and down the hallways yelling and knocking on people's doors. I realize that it's not the hotels fault about the unruly children. The place reeked of marijuana...on every floor. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast was ok and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating.

Providing our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience is of extreme importance to us. New rules have come to pass because of the Covid 19 restrictions and limited staffing.
