Did not get the rooms I booked just gave me anything and they were dirty was bugs crawling on bed they changed one of my rooms but still wasn’t clean smelled like urine and had to keep asking for stuff because it wasn’t in the room just one disaster after another I feel they really didn’t want to be bothered it was weird from the time we checked in rooms and hallway smelled like smoke and that was from the workers that lives there

The ONE housekeeper for our floor was still cleaning at 7pm. She did the best she could with what she had, but i always carry a blue light and things were DISGUSTING! Had to request clean blankets in both our rooms. The rooms were unsafe as when you locked the door (even with dead bolt) people could come in. One room my kids were put in had what looked to be AX holes in the door and walls. You could see where the sink had beem pulled off the wall and they gerry rigged it to put it back on the wall using a 2x4 and probably 6 things of calking. There was NO safety locks onthis door AT ALL!! The bathtub faucet came of and hit my son when he ATTEMPTED to shower. I went down and damanded a new room for them, which wasn't much better. The shower didn't drain and the blankets were not clean. Also, for a room that sleeps 4, you were only allowed 2 towels and there were no wash cloths. Had to ask the house keeper for more towels and wash cloths. We had an issue with our reservations where we were double booked for the first night with no rooms for the second night. We went to the front desk and asked for the manager. We were told he would be there in the morning and he wasn't. They took my phone number and promised he would call me. I asked for my rooms to be comped, which is why, i believe, he did not call me back. While we came in after a long day, there were two other guests DAMANDING something IMMEDIATELY be fixed...this hotel has false advertising!! All the rooms we were OLD

This is an old hotel that has seen better days. The staff is poorly dressed and hard to understand. often several of them are gathered in the lobby on their phones, and other devices instead of the office booth. The rooms are spartan and have old furniture. The shuttle doubles as a equipment van.

Seems like this location isnt managed much at all. Couldnt find an employee any time except check in. Mini fridge wouldnt get below 44 (unsafe temp) side doors did not lock or even close, soo not very secure.

The room was just hiding a lot of issues the tub looked worn out the toilet seat was broken, the tissue holder had rust spots. The bed was clean and the room cool all in all could have been worse but also could have been better.

Horrible stay!

This place was a dump in every sense of the word. The front desk service was awful and incredibly rude. There was no complimentary breakfast at all. The place was so dirty, old, and run-down. Linens were old and ratty. Hair dryer in the room didn’t work. Pay a little more and stay in one of the neighboring airport hotels. This was bad, bad, bad!
