They really need to clean the rooms better. The facet at the sink still had tooth paste on it from the previous guests. I didn't feel comfortable showering there. There were spots of I don't know what on the walls in the bathroom, I tried not to touch anything while I was there. Luckily I only needed to sleep so I could make the three hour drive home after my late flight. I checked the bed really well before I got into and at least that was clean. The only good thing I have to say is it was quiet and the bed was comfy.

Rooms were disgusting, check in service was horrendous.

You get what you pay for. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Staff memeber wasn’t available to check me in bc he was at the airport. Had to google the number and call the front desk to reach his cellphone. Was rude in saying I would have to wait another 10-15 mins before he returns to check me in. Room was dirty. He gave another guest who checked in after me the key to my room.

The room smelled. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was poorly stocked. The faucet in the tub was broken, with poor water pressure and a loud, awful noise.

Walking into lobby and you are faced with very small breakfast area. Too crammed. Pool was kind of cloudy. Bathroom had a feces smear next to toilet dispenser. I suppose easy for the maids to miss this..... In our room, there was a coffee maker but the coffee pot was missing...

Property sits between 2 well known chain hotels and I'm betting they have an issue with the grim of this property staining their image

The room was inviting and comfortable. Very friendly staff

we don't have no light in the shower room and the floor of the room have stains on it and the matress was dirty

I consider this a good place to stay for a reasonable price

We found a cockroach in our bathroom and a loose hair on the bed. Even though the hotel was none smoking, we could smell the smoke. No one answered our call when we tried to reach the front desk.

Lights were burnt out in our room, customer service didnt understand that we had a reservation for 3 days. Breakfast was cheap and gross with a very small selection of items to chose from. Great snowfall came and the parking lot was not plowed afterwards.

Great for an early morning flight out of MCI!! Will be back again!

Very nice staff. Close to the airport. Grassy area to air your dogs.
