A little disappointing on the hotel. Needs updating and major carpet cleaning.

Filthy the shower tub, drains very slowly, toilet flush stopper won’t reseat. Very dated, pullout bed is horrible, small & dated tv’s the double queen beds are actually twins. After paying Expedia in advance they required a $50.00 deposit in case you use the bottled water or snacks in the room that do not exist. Was also informed at check in that if I did not enroll in Hilton Honors program there would be a $10.00 per night parking fee.

I liked the complimentary drinks and snacks every night! You don’t see that very many places

Very nice lobby and staff was very help. Bar tender also was very friendly and helpful.

Outstanding breakfast. Lots of choices. Fresh abd hot.

I know I am not a big spender and frequent flyer. My 15 year old wanted to do a trip we hardly ever get to do at "a high end hotel". mind you, I am a nurse and single parent of 5, youngest special needs, we made it work. I chose the more extravagant hotel to sleep, but he was on the pull out couch and I couldn't sleep because of mattes and temperature control in the room. When I asked if I could bring food to my youngest, who is special needs and does not handle noise, was given a look and smirk. Guess a nurse who saves people and walks families through death is super 8 rated. Thanks for helping me try to make my children feel special. I know each and every one of them are.

The Hotel was awesome. The Restaurant on site was amazing. Food was good quality and at a decent price. The open bar from 5-7 every day was an unexpected surprise. The staff was helpful and quick to get me in my room. there were only two issues yes they are nit picky put bu the end of my 3 day stay i found annoying. First was the fountains in the main lobby they were loud. Now this may not seem at first like a big deal but 24-7?? the rushing water while appealing to the eye could have been turned off at 10 pm. second issue was that there were no USB charger stations in the room. most other hotels I have stayed at had them all over. I was very surprised not to see one in the room. The hotel staff was very helpful letting me borrow one of their wall plugs as mine was not working. this hotel gets a very rare 9.5 from me.

Connie was exceptional to work with she went way out of her way to make accommodations for me for transportation to and from the Airport.

Over all my experience was good. The desk folks were very sweet to me and to the rest of my family who were in KC to attend the funeral of our sweet nephew/brother/son... The phone in my room did not allow me to make any long distance calls and as my cell phone was not working and most of my relatives were still on the road, I had no way to contact them. But one of your employess at the front desk helped me to make the calls. He arranged to have one of the engineers come up and look at it, but he was unable to fix it. Also, the table in my room had a big piece of the cross support cracked away and was showing the exposed broken wood. Other than that, my room was clean, spacious and the bed very comfortable.

It's a great place to stay for your layover for the night before if you're flying out of Kansas City. Locals should take advantage of this location during low travel times. Note: they charge you $8 a day for parking if you're a guest there. A little too much for a large open parking lot. The accommodating staff and the wonderful amenities certainly outweighed that small glitch. It's not just a good hotel it's one of the better Embassy Suites.

My room had a bad smell . It smelled like a heavily smoking room even though it's at non-smoking in the room. The room was dusty and the maid service didn't seem to do a thorough job of cleaning the room. It was disappointing for an embassy suite because I was expecting it to be nicer than it was.

Purchased a flight/hotel/car package from Orbitz but hotel had no record of my reservation when I arrived with my family. The hotel registration manager had to call Orbitz to get the information in order to book our accommodation. Our seating arrangements were scattered so we had to get it redone for each flight to be closed together because we were traveling with a 7-months old, 1-year old and a just turned 3-year old.

Great breakfast. Enjoyed staying at this hotel convient to the airport.

Everything went perfect here. Breakfast is the best.

Stayed four nights. Breakfast staff was excellent and food was really good. Most days there was little to no wait. We happened to be there when there was a cheerleading contest? Hotel was FULL of younger guests, a few of whom took to racing each other around the floors until well after 10 pm for two of the nights. Daytime found them racing again, this time stopping to push all elevator buttons on the way by which caused it to stop on all floors with no one waiting to get in. The kids were heard yelling on the bottom floor until quite late as well. This had little to do with the hotel and much more to do with inattentive parents, but maybe management could have asked? Other than that, the room was comfortable and cleaned nicely each day. The staff was very pleasant and the price was fair. Checkout was effortless. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe leaving the coffee pots out a little longer?.....maybe all day when it is so cold outside? We will be back!

Dear Mario, I'm very sorry that our accommodations were not to your liking. Upon check-in a credit card is required for incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. I’m sorry that this was not effectively communicated and for any frustration caused. Again, on behalf of the staff and management - I offer our apologies. Sincerely, John Parker Regional Director of Operations
