The Wildwood Hotel is the perfect spot for our quick trips to the west county area to visit family. Perfect location and always just as expected. Never any issues.

I loved the uniqueness of the hotel and all the surrounding restaurants and shops and activities close by but the pool was one of the reasons why we stayed here and it was very shallow extremely cold and not clean The water was cloudy and there was hair floating all in it my kids did not want to swim in it and that was one of the biggest reasons we stayed at that hotel also the hot tub jets did not work and was very small I would not stay here again next time we go to hidden Valley ski resort I will go to a different hotel

Beautiful and unique hotel and surrounding area!

Easy check in, clean and comfortable room.

No closet, iron or hangers.

Very quiet, smooth check in. Disappointed with total lack of customer service with check out, maybe all three employees behind the desk were having a bad day. Very unusual experience.

We mistakenly booked this hotel not realizing it was 45min from our venue. We are ecstatic with the results! This hotel is beautiful, in a quaint little neighborhood. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a local gem. If ever in St. Louis again, this will be our go to hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were great. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing that we were disappointed in was no extra blankets or pillows in our room but we made due with the bed and couch pillows as well as the blankets the kids brought along to use in the car. Overall experience was great and plan on staying again on our next trip down.

Very nive the hotel.

Person cleaning my room stole my charger in the hotel would do nothing about it. It was an expensive charger

I like how friendly the staff is. The room is very nicely decorated and the hotel location is extremely convenient.

The Wildwood Hotel is a boutique hotel in a master-planned retail and commerce center with access to nature trails, shopping, dining, and more. Once considered a luxury hotel, the property is showing its age and is on-par with what you might find at an older Choice Hotels branded property (the Wildwood is independently owned). The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but the normal wear and tear in the common areas looks like it hasn't been tended to in years. We booked because we love the area, and lived nearby for several years. Convenience to local restaurants drove our decision to stay at The Wildwood Hotel, but we will likely book elsewhere on our next visit to town.

Poor service wet carpets.breakfast was not mentioned at all. Front desk too busy on phone to notice customers

The room was smaller than we had originally hoped, especially for a suite. We were in a suite with a jacuzzi tub, which was large and comfortable, however the jets didn't work wns maintenance could not get them fixed during our stay nor was there another room for us to move to, so the hotel graciously compensated us a night for yhe issue. The staff is very accommodating and informative with insight into local eateries and activities. We will most definitely be returning.

Everything was how i expected it to be and such friendly staff!

The hotel supposedly was a very expensive one but due to the coronovirus it was on sale- so we expected more than we got. The bed my husband had was like a balloon. It was very uncomfortable. The tv - which is all we wanted to do- was horrible. There was no way to see what was on and each channel turn caused a long delay. The room was clean enough and we staff friendly.
