The staff was great, and they were excellent in dealing with a mixup done by Drury. I cancelled my thursday stay, on Oct. 30 but kept the 31st stay. When we arrived on Friday, Oct. 31st the Pct/ 30th stay had not been cancelled and therefore the entire stay was cancelled. We still have not received our refund even thought the 5-7 days is way past due. Hotel is expensive. They don’t even provide a complimentary bottle of water. They brought new towels, but didn’t even freshen or make up the bed. I’d say it’s about a 2 star hotel with 4 star rates. It’s also very close to a major interstate and has a lot of traffic noise in the rooms on that side of the property. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again!
