I am highly disappointed in this property. The pictures look good on the booking site. When I got to my room we instantly noticed a foul smell upon entering. Went to the check in desk and let them know. They said they'd send someone up to check it out. We waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up.While we where waiting my nephews went to the pool. They could only stay in for about 5 minutes due to there being so much chlorine in the pool.They came back to the room with burning and blood shoot eyes.When we expressed our concern they responded with oh, its a public pool so we have to use alot.We decided to go back to Six Flags. When we came back 4 hours later they still hadn't checked our room and only offered a spray for us to use on the carpet after going back down to the front desk.I asked to speak to a manager and the guy at the front desk said he'll be in tomorrow. After a sub par breakfast with cold eggs I went to the desk and asked for the manager, the guy informed me that he wouldn't be in today and they could take my phone number down and hed call me. I would not recommend this place.

Unfortunate Stay

Upon arrival they did not have the room/bed type we reserved and paid for. No alternatives were offered. I had to ask if they offer roll a ways. Clerk said we might have one. While checking in a guest called for more toilet paper and the clerk stated we have no toilet paper left, I am waiting on a shipment, sorry. A nother guest came in to state there was a fight in the parking lot and the clerk replied "if its outside, its not my problem". We reluctantly took the king bed room with roll away. It arrived only to be a very thin mattress in a metal frame with 3 raised rails down the center. My adult son had to sleep on the floor due to the unacceptable nature of the roll a way. The bathroom is too small for even 1 person to move around and the property is not well maintained. For the money spent, VERY not worth it and will not return.

Just a quick overnight stay to try to make it final destination. Check in was easy and room was fine, as in I stay in 70 hotels a year fine, but there was no hot water when we turned on the shower. Pretty loud and busy after hours. Employees were nice and we made it work for the night but would probably look elsewhere in the future.

No hot water, extremely loud AC. Stay away!

Travelers look for two nights at a hotel: a relaxing shower and a good night rest. This location failed miserably at both. Learn from our mistake, stay away and book elsewhere. Stayed for one night since we’re just passing by, what a terrible night. AC in the room was the loudest I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. The hot water heater blew out when we came back to the room from dinner and was not fixed when we checked out. It was either cold shower or no shower at all. Hotel staff was unapologetic and offered no compensation whatsoever, not even a bottled water.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First, the girl that worked the front desk in the evening/night was very rude. Then, to top it off there was no hot water. After waiting all day, because someone was supposedly working on the water situation, i went to the front desk to ask for an update. She let it slip that they had no hot water for 3 days, so i asked her why she didnt let us know that when we checked in and her response was that she was told what she could say and what she couldnt say.

It was a little loud from the interstate outside, there was hair in most of the drawers in the room but otherwise the rest was clean. The hot tub didn’t work in the pool area. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was ok. For the price, I would stay there again.

The staff was great, but the hotel itself has problems. There are 400 rooms with only 1 luggage cart. It could not be found. No toilet paper in room or at the front desk. They were waiting on an order. No working tv remotes in the room.

The absolute worst experience. No hot water our entire stay. Tuesday-Friday. The front desk kept saying it’s being worked on. Or they just finished give it 15 minutes. And it was a lie. I requested our room to be cleaned. And all they did was bring two new towels and left them on our tv stand. I took out my own trash. The ac wasn’t working in our room either. It wouldn’t go under 72. It was extremely loud all night too. I spoke to other guests and everyone had shared complaints. The only friendly person was Katelyn. The other employees were rude or simply lacked hospitality.
