Staff were really friendly, and food options were good. Was nice to have a supper option. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was on the tight (small) side. Showers were a little difficult to operate. Lobby entrance small. Thankful for free coffee all day. Would consider going again.
Loved that they have free food and drinks in the evening and breakfast. That was a nice added feature that I wasn’t aware of. Our 1st night was awful!! The fire alarm started going off at 1am. At 3am it was still going off!! We evacuated twice. The fire department was there several times. By the 3rd time, we knew there wasn’t a fire so we stayed in our room. We barely got any sleep after an 8 hour car ride to get there. The only good thing about it was we were refunded that night. I felt that someone should’ve told us what was going on by either calling the rooms or making an announcement while everyone was standing outside in the middle of the night. After asking at the front desk, we found out the conference room alarm was going off and there was no fire. Lack of communication cause for a lot of confusion and angry guests. Some even packing and leaving in the middle of the night.

The staff is very accommodating and the breakfast and dinner were very good and unexpected with covid restrictions. They give two drink cards for every night with 3 alcoholic beverages per adult in the room. Only downside is pool is very cold in cold weather months and hot tub jets blow bubbles but no force and not soothing at all. Overall great place for families.
Breakfast hot and individually packaged for safety. Served to you so you knew others weren’t touching the food. Very clean

I didn’t like the fact that I was across from the pool which meant it was super humid in my room. For a suite, the room was not impressive and too small.

I am very satisfied with this property. The staff was very polite and courteous. My check-in was so fast... The rooms are beautiful and clean. The 5:30 Kickback is awesome. The food is fresh and the area is nice and inviting... I love staying at this hotel.
One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. They have free soda and popcorn all day. Also have and indoor and outdoor pool.

This is an older property and doesn't have the amenities of a newer property. The price per night doesn't justify staying at this property. Also the pool is closed.
Nice hotel for a quick stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and snacks provided in the evenings. My wife and I enjoyed the adult beverages provided each night as well. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise especially having two small children.
