Breakfast was suppose to be at 6am. It didn’t open to 6:20. The preparer was very rude and unpleasant. There was very little choices. Sausages were burnt and dried out. Coffee was thick as tar.

We were told our 3 rooms had been previously cancelled. They were not cancelled by us or orbitz and I continued receiving check in emails and text from the hotel. They wanted us to rebook and pay $400 more for the same rooms. We didn’t not

I am highly disappointed in this property. The pictures look good on the booking site. When I got to my room we instantly noticed a foul smell upon entering. Went to the check in desk and let them know. They said they'd send someone up to check it out. We waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up.While we where waiting my nephews went to the pool. They could only stay in for about 5 minutes due to there being so much chlorine in the pool.They came back to the room with burning and blood shoot eyes.When we expressed our concern they responded with oh, its a public pool so we have to use alot.We decided to go back to Six Flags. When we came back 4 hours later they still hadn't checked our room and only offered a spray for us to use on the carpet after going back down to the front desk.I asked to speak to a manager and the guy at the front desk said he'll be in tomorrow. After a sub par breakfast with cold eggs I went to the desk and asked for the manager, the guy informed me that he wouldn't be in today and they could take my phone number down and hed call me. I would not recommend this place.

The customer service was great, everyone at the front was exceptional. We forgot a stuffed animal and called a few hours later. They immediately went to look for it and held it at the front until we could pick it up. I believe his name was Tony, very kind!

All ice machines were broke besides the 3rd floor ice machine, there were no ice buckets in the rooms and i got a suite, The floor in the dinning area every morning was terribly sticky, and you couldn't buy anything from the kiosk in the market because that didn't work, and the elevators are terribly slow on top of (and im not an expert here) being unsafe. At one point the big elevator almost quit working on me. On the upside the staff had wonderful attitudes, were very polite, and were more than happy to at least attempt to help with anything they possibly could. Also my room was very clean.

They property does need updating. The carpets need to be replaced. Some of the cleaning crew seemed like they hated their jobs. There was something sticky on a big area on the floor in front of elevator and it was there almost all day due to no one mopping up. The beds were comfortable for me. I didn't have any issues with sleeping. We never tried the free breakfast we juat decided to walk ove to cracker barrel. Outside was trashy. The trash cans were over flowing. Trash on the ground everywhere. We were there from Wednesday morning to Saturday morning and the outside trash finally was changed sometime over night on Friday. The frint desk was SO nice and friendly. When we got there the room we were suppose to have was already taken by someone else. They quickly fixed the issue and apologized. The hot water tore up one night but they were on it. It was fixed by the morning. Overall it wasn't a bad place to stay.

First room air conditioning wouldn't turn down or off. Switched rooms...it was so much worse. Stunk and stuffy. Air conditioning smelled bad. Breakfast was tiny quarter sized pancakes after an hour in line. Other things I didn't eat...Tried to complain but since I had went through another company (Hotels. Com) he just shrugged and said we can't do anything. He also refused me a receipt because and quoted" I would know what the room really went for!" Ugh I swear hotels aren't that great anymore.
