The hotel lobby was nice and the indoor pool was great to have. Our room just could not get warm enough. We had it set at like 74 and all of us woke up freezing multiple times. Hotel seemed like they had one person who was doing the front desk, Starbucks area and handling a lot of things at once. For what we paid, wish we had a free breakfast. Not sure we would stay here again with the amount of hotels in the Chesterfield area.

Process is very confusing for breakfast.. hotel front desk staff directed us to where the breakfast area was, we proceeded to make plates and set down before staff approached us and informed us that it was not free.
