Very nice and welcoming staff. I had interactions with several different ones during my stay and they were all professional and nice! My room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. All in all a great stay! Would stay again.

we got deactivated the access key before check out date.receptionist demanded payment before check out date.we showed proof of email that we booked the room from the 29th to 11/02/20 and she told us we only booked from 10/29/ to 11/02/20 and spent 2hrs trying to reach orbitz on the lobby we had no choice but leave the premises and look for a hotel last minute.we still need an answer why this happen and who takes responsibility and get our money back for the night we got kicked out and payed for it.thx

The room was wonderful, great accommodations. Our neighbors not so much, but a phone call to the front desk quickly took care of it. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely visit again if back in St Louis!

The hotel was definitely worth the money spent, the rooms were good size, and breakfast was good quality. There were a lot of families and kids in the hotel for a softball tournament. so it was a little noisy.

We loved how close the hotel was to the highway exit. It was very convenient big time. The king deluxe suite room was very nice, large and clean. It was a quiet night of sleep.

Spa tub jets were not working, staff was friendly and continental breakfast was on par.

We have stayed here before and have had good experiences both times.
