Nice, clean and spacious room. Front desk people very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, except for the fact the pet fee went up. That wasn’t anywhere on the website or the emails I received prior to arrival. It would have been way cheaper to board my pet at home than what they charged.

Property was very nice and clean. It was a little frustrating that we had to register for the pool and were only able to use it one hour in our 3 days.

Location was excellent. Check in was fast and friendly. Room size was comfortable for a family of three.

When We first got there , the front desk lady asked for my aid I didn’t have it I had to drive 39 mins back to go get it . She could’ve asked for another form of ID but she seemed happy to make things more uncomfortable. Secondly there was a huge dog that barked at night but way more in the morning a few doors down. When we came back from dinner the same clerk was there she seen we had Ruth Chris for dinner and she’s says “ oh wow “Ruth Chris”? I’m thinking yeah wtf you think I can’t afford it ? I asked her what time the pool closes she’s says well it it’s almost 9 pm and about to close . Everything with her was discouraging and she never mad the seat easy . No one ever came to tell the dogs owner to stop him from barking . I felt like I wasn’t suppose to be there . Last but not least. In the morning our last day they wanted an alcoholic drink they guy asked for my ID !????? I look way over 21 and I’m the one who booked the room this whole visit was a racist,inconsiderate, and uninviting experience. We felt unwanted. The pool hours are stupid and late who opens a pool on a weekend at a hotel that late ? And you all charge more on weekends but we couldn’t enjoy it because the times are inconvenient . This by far was Thee worst.

The property was close to shopping and restaurants! We felt safe in all areas surrounding the hotel.

Even though we had to pay extra for breakfast (used to getting it free at Hiltons or Marriotts), the rate was certainly reasonable for the wide variety and quality of the breakfast selection. The only thing my daughter and I found lacking in our room was no mirror of any kind outside of the bathroom.
