Worn and stained carpets, stains on walls and ceilings, worn bed frames, water never got very warm, extremely small bathrooms. Needs paint and some basic clean-up around door entrances and lobby entrances. Sofa looked horrible and I was reluctant to sit.
Great location
Good location outside of St Louis proper and easy to get to dining. Apartment style buildings with no elevators, so ask for ground floor if you have mobility issues. Still doing "bag" breakfasts which was a disappointment.
Positive: lots of space, included a full kitchen (reminded me of Extended Stay) recently renovated as almost everything was modern and working well. Quiet place especially at night as it is by an office building. We would stay there again and my dog agrees, as he enjoyed the pretending balcony (glass sliding door, but didn't extended out) Negative: I warn, be careful. I didn't feel very safe because we were followed by a car in the parking lot, we drove all the way around until it disappeared.
Very clean, up to date & affordable.
Location!! Location !!
A nice and clean place
The positive was the fact that there was more room than a standard hotel room. That's about the only positive thing I have to say. The property was very old and run down. The renovations were poorly executed and attention to detail was bad. I would not recommend.
Let me start with the Toilet Paper. It has to be the worst Toilet paper made. See-through , rough and tough. The room had been partially renovated at some point in its life. Meaning new carpet and furniture. Did I mention the toilet paper? I'm guessing the baby blue paint in the bathroom is original. The room was clean but to be rated as high is it was I don't know what people are thinking. No where near what I expected. Did I mention the toilet paper. Outside entry, had to walk around behind building to enter the unit. Expected to take dirty towels and linens down stairs to place in a bag. No room cleaning. Had to drag our bags up the stairs, no elevator. Did I mention the toilet paper. We would have left but we placed reservation through Orbitz and they tried to contact the property but couldn't. So we were stuck for 3 nights. At this price point I would say stay anywhere else in Chesterfield.More Date of stay: October 2021
Good value
Overall it was a fine stay. The property was conveniently located. The main issue is that our non-smoking room smelled a lot like smoke. However I think that was just because we had a lot of people smoking outside the door during our stay (so I think we just got unlikely this stay).
Average for the cost. All good for overnight stay while on road trip. Lacking parking though.
The room was large and was perfect for my family of five.
The property is convenient to a lot of things i am interested. The only bad was the neighbor upstairs walks like a horse at 2am. Constant running and walking can be heard downstairs fr a family of 7 people.
Everything was fine until I started seeing ants throughout the room. I didn't want to make a big fuss about it but apparently there were more than ants. I left my stay with a few hurtful bites on my neck and back. I am also dissatisfied with the fact they don't let you know the food, workout area and pool would be closed. There was also no housekeeping available and you would need to go to the front desk for anything you may need. That was totally inconvenient.
The area is convenient to most of the place i wanted to visit and quite.
The rooms are lovely, love the space and size. The staff was very nice, very safe and clean since we stayed during the pandemic. The hotel procedures and precautions were solid. Great stay, highly recommend
Very clean and fresh bed sheets. Nice kitchen. Cozy place.
