Very nice neighborhood with easy access to food & other entertainment areas

Three days no room service. The room is smelling wet and mouldy.

I was unaware that I had to request that my room be serviced with housekeeping. I don’t like having to go down to the check in desk for clean towels. Perhaps the person who checked us in should have mentioned or asked us if we wanted housekeeping.

Hello, I’m Hampton Inn customer for many years. This time experience is disappointing. Tiny closet, smaller room, dirty carpet. Alleys are smelly. I felt like, I’m in a motel.

Staff was very welcoming and breakfast was convenient.

Common areas in property were dirty and damaged and showed wear. Property was located by freeway and was noisy as our room was on the south side of hotel. On the plus side our room was larger than I previously thought ( 2 full bed no -smoking)

Location is great of this Hampton. Parking is easy. Swimming pool is clean and comfortable.

We stay here all the time since close to kids. Good value for what we want.

What a friendly staff and a clean and comfortable room Chesterfield mall 2 blocks away. Water park Hollywood casino and ampitheater less than 30 minutes awesome jacuzzi room
