Minutes from Walmart, Dollar Tree, Denny's and six flags. Low price you get what you pay for not 5 star but nice. Pool clean.
Big bed. Bathroom floor was dirty and bathrub had mildoo in it. Breakfast was ok.
Super close to Six Flags, and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, staff very nice. Rates are great compared to others in the area. We can get two rooms for what some of there competition is asking and we are not going to spend any more time in the room then the high priced ones.
I love that Wal-Mart was so near to the hotel. But unfortunately the room was dirty. There were crackers in the trash can and on the bathroom floor, and there was a multitude of white hair on the bedroom floor.
We always stay there whenever we come to St. Louis always an excellent experience
all right only the people in the room attached did not let sleep until 2:00 a.m.
Felt like I was in a basement (1st floor). Passing the in-house laundry when going in/out. Pool was old, outdated, and pretty nasty - hair, bugs, leaves, etc in the water, and filtration obviously lacking. All carb breakfast. Would have been OK for a $40-$50 per night, but definitely not for the $100 per night I paid.
This was a real middle-of-the-road hotel. Nothing to frilly...you get what you pay for at this budget price, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness wise, I did have a no smoking room but it reaked of smoke anyway. If you aren't looking for anything fancy and just need a place to lay your head for the night, then this will do just fine.
Cig smoke can be smelled in non smoking rooms, the hallways smell of urinal cakes like a public bathroom. NOW THIS IS THE IMPORTANT ONE, THEY RUNNA SCAM ANDCWHEN CHECKING OUT WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ITDMS THEY CLAIM YIU STOLE, I was charged 35$ for a bath towel that I did not take, I offered to have staff search my car and my bags they refused, I have to place a stop payment on them, total rip-off...less than 25 yards away is a similar hotel, friendly staff bigger nicer rooms and was 10$ cheaper a nite.
First floor was 'garden level' so we were below ground. Only 3 tables in breakfast area. Not computerized, had to write information on paper, felt like I was in the 60's. Close to Six Flags though.
Didn't even check in. It looked like a crack house. Later that evening, according to the news, there was a stabbing in their parking lot. Staff wouldn't give refund on reservation. Won't ever use Orbitz again.
just a place to sleep, everything is how happening all around you. Great place for kids.
We booked this hotel for a place to kick back and relax after a day at six flags however, we were treated with rudeness upon arrival. The carpeting the lobby and stairwell looked as though they hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. Once we got to the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned, the sink was hanging down at one end, and there was hole in the bathroom door on one side. I felt as though they didn't care about customer service or even maintenance. They did have a small pool which was too crowded for us to use. The room was cold, had a microwave and mini fridge which was convenient for a trip in hot weather.
I like to stay here for my business trips. It's close to everything I need, clean and affordable. The staff is friendly as helpful. Can't beat it for the price.
I honestly didn't expect much other than a decent price, but I was pleasantly surprised! From the lady at the desk who checked me in to the man who helped me with my bags four days later when leaving. They were so nice and personable. Every evening when I came back from work I had fresh, clean linens on my bed and in my bathroom. I truly never expected all this. I would absolutely stay here again!
The room was clean and freshly painted. But the air conditioner didn't work properly. The staff corrected that problem, and that caused flu like symptoms that cleared up after leaving the room, re-occurring that night when we returned. Clearly the A/C needs a major overhaul and cleaning, but the staff gave no positive response towards doing so despite complaints from us and other guests.
The lobby and halls of the hotel smelled of smoke and Indian food. When I got to my room it smelled very clean. The room was spotless and well kept. The price for my stay was reasonable for the experience I received. If you need an acceptable place to stay at a low price I would recommend!
Only stayed here one night but it was clean and comfortable. I can't say much about the pool as I didn't use it but it looked nice. The staff was friendly. Didn't have any problems. I would stay here again.
Stayed for business and found it to be clean with a decent breakfast. It is a budget option and the "clean" room matched my expectations given the great price.
The room was not the nicest I've stayed in, but the bed linens were freshly laundered, which is my top priority.

Dear Dave, We apologize for any inconvenience you had while staying. At the end of this year we are eliminating all the smoking rooms so we shall avoid all smoking smell issues. As for the towels if it is missing from the room we charge for them that is our policy. When you check into a room you are responsible for any missing or damaged items in any hotel. Thank you and have a great day.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback and star rating. Our first floor is only partially below ground level. We sit on a hill so the back portion of our hotel sits maybe 3 feet in the ground. We also ask everyone to fill out a registration card for many reasons. We are computerized and like to do things our way. It works for us as we like routine and consistency. Thank you for choosing our hotel to serve your needs. I'm happy you had a good stay. Regards, Peter
