The bed was comfortable and the view from my window was great

I booked a king room at 10:30 pm and showed up on the property 15 minutes later. When I checked in they gave me a room and didn't say a word to my husband and myself when we checked in that there would be a problem. When we got to our room we had two queen beds and when we went back down to ask about this they informed us (non-nonchalantly) that they didn't have any king bed rooms left. They were not willing to work for a solution until I started getting angry and upset. While I understand that at a casino the kind of room isn't guaranteed they could have said something at check in and been a little more forthcoming with the information. Just disappointing for me as someone who thinks a little customer service can go a long way!!

Very clean room, pillow-top bed was super comfortable, service was great. My only gripe is that even though the hotel has 5 different restaurants, most of them were closed when I tried to go, forcing me to settle for the Terrace Buffet. I would not recommend eating there if you can help it. Food is not great and actually gave me the runs both of the times that I went. Sorry if that's TMI, but it's the truth!

Too much ch smoke. Food is expensive. 12 usd amenities fee daily ! Too expensive and should only be asked from the people who use the amenities

The room was excellent. This was our second time here staff very friendly and helpful unfortunately the Lucky Taco restaurant was closed on a Saturday night? We then ate at journeys and parts of our meal were cold and although we felt our server was friendly and tried she seems very overwhelmed and seemed to have way too many tables. For the price we felt the service and food should have been better.

Convenience of room and location hotel was excellent

Poor experience with the hotel, ordered a king size bed with card that said non refundabl, when I got to the hotel the lady at the desk on the far left told me They didn’t have one and I had to take two queens and it would be $100 upcharge for a suit. I was tired and checked in and the two ladies and guy went back to playing on they’re phone. I expect better from argosy if I order a king size bed after paying for it.
