Really nice and helpful hotel staff but they were clearly overwhelmed - the floor in our first room was sopping wet and there was a big industrial fan running in it. Checked us into another room efficiently. Hotel is fine but very big and busy, super busy little pool. It would be an ok place to stay but the area is awful from a city planning perspective. There are a couple restaurants you could eat at nearby but literally impossible to access on foot because of fencing (you can see them but not walk across the parking lot to them). Only option is to drive but if you leave, the only way to get back is to get on the interstate. You’re travelling several miles on interstate to return from the one pizza place that is literally next door.

Raining when I went to park our car in a pay parking lot. Parked about as far as possible due to lots of cars. Security driving in vehicle and covered golf cart. No assistance offered as they drove by. I mentioned to front desk she said that’s only for employees. Asked for extra pillows, never delivered. Could hear room conversations on both sides of us. Echo of screaming children at 6:00 am. Everyone checking out disputed charges on their bill. Gymnastics tournament in town lots of girls and parents checked out this morning and one person at desk checking everyone out.

The overall stay was nice. My kids and I had a great evening. The staff was friendly and the one older black woman was very helpful at the pool. The room however had dirty linen; a face towel in the bathroom and a stain on one of the pillows.
