Stay was excellent, room was clean and the lobby area is really nice to sit in since there's a pool and a small waterfall-like arrangement. The staff were also very helpful, by mistake I had left a personal item in my room which the staff were kind enough to mail back to me.

The pool hours are from 6am to 9pm. considering how the hotel is built I think the time of 6 am is very inconsiderate. I was woke up by kids screaming and yelling at 6am due to them being in the pool.

The hotel was ok. Very big. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff was absolutely amazing. The only issue I had was that our room had the worst smell ever. It smelled like trash or mold. We had to buy a candle to mask it which really did nothing.

I like the location, however the hotel is severely dated! The Internet was out the first day so there was no tv access & no compensation for it either. The snack machines didn't accept cash although it was a place to insert cash. Finally they charge for parking but did not mention this to me at check in. I won't be staying again.

My bathroom was dirty, they sent someone to clean my bathroom twice while I was gone to be with family. We came for funeral so I was in and out but I did explain to them what I want done(bathroom cleaned ) Never was done so I’m was soooo over it … My entire family reserved. Please do Better.
