I came for one 7 hour meeting that took place in the hotel. It served the purpose well, but wasn't anything special.

Very nice hotel. Was there 2 nights. Had a small issue with the shower, bust was fixed right away.

STAY AWAY!! Upon check in, I noticed stains on the bedding. I thought no big deal, and requested a change. The day after I left the hotel in the morning. We arrived back later that evening, to realize that no cleaning or turndown service was provided. I again nicely went down to the front desk to request at least change of towels, and some toiletries, while I left for dinner. We returned later that night, and the horror began. I noticed all used dirty towels, where put back on the shelf to be re-used, some filthy ones where added to the pile as well. Instead of replacing the toilet paper, they just placed another roll on the counter, as if saying 'do it yourself', and the trash was not emptied either. The worst part of it all was the bedding, once again! I found hairs all over that obviously did NOT belong to myself, stains all over, I kept pulling the sheets and noticed a big red bloody stain!!!! I called up for a manager, and after waiting for 20-30 minutes one of the front desk employees came up, with an excuse that the manager was too busy! The employee was apologetic and provided an email for the manager on duty as well. They again sent in a gentleman with fresh linen, and he replaced the bedding. He was very nice, but watching him clean it was VERY obvious that no training was ever provided to him! Bottom line, I've requested a refund and still haven't gotten a straight answer from management! Find better service elsewhere!!!

Upon check in, I was surprised to find out that I would be charged an additional $10 dollars per day for parking. Once I got to my room I had another surprise, the air conditioning didn't work. Before I unpacked my bags I call the front desk, they were nice but instead of immediately giving me another room, I had to wait for a maintenance man to services the A/C. After watching him take the unit apart for 15 minutes, I had enough and called the front desk and insisted on another room. So, after all of that I woke up to another surprise. When I went down for breakfast, I was told it would cost $17 dollars per person! I'm sure I could have stayed at a Moter 6 and received at least a continental breakfast.

Clean, excellent service, comfortable, affordable. Will have to come back, very enjoyable.

Crowne Plaza St. Louis features a grand open area adjacent to indoor pool, exercise area, and a TGIF Friday's resteraunt. Shuttle service is available to the nearby Lambert-St Louis Airport, and open parking lots are also available for a fee. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Staff works hard to make guests feel welcomed. A true home away from home.

Great night, Traveled hard and had my night of rest here. Perfect, got a nice night sleep. I took a late flight the next day, so i hung out at the TGI Fridays down stairs in the lobby, mid-afternoon for lunch and drinks. Great people and a solid meal. Cool hotel, ya'll should stay there. Really close to the airport with a shuttle. Great stay!

Hotel is nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. I only stayed one night, but experienced the following issues; 1. Toilet continued to slowly drain and refill (noisy at night), 2. Power went out (area wide, not just hotel), 3. Someone put lipstick on the iron and I almost ruined a shirt, 4. Phone button for the front desk did not work, had to walk down, 5. Shower head height and flexibility didn't seem to be accommodating, and I am not exceptionally tall

Crowne Plaza hotel in St Louis ( Bridgeton ) was accommodating, clean, close to the airport and perfectly comfortable for a short ( one day ) business stay. The only issue ( minor ) was a $10.00 parking fee, which is crazy in St Louis, this is nowhere near a resort with covered parking and attendants on duty for parking, etc. Just a quick way to make an extra $10.00 daily. Not a huge deal, but a minor annoyance. Staff was friendly throughout the hotel

Unfortunately they got the wrong time for our wake up call and charged us for parking when we did not have a car. The restauraunt in the hotel Fridays put an automatic service charge on the bill and then recommended an additional tip--watch out if you eat there

Accommodations were fine. Only problem was that was charged automatically on bill for parking, when we did not have a car to park. Correction was made by desk clerk when pointed out with no complications. However, will be checking my statement to make sure.

Planned trip last minute and was able to get in. Room was nice and clean. The only drawback was that the pool was right off the restaurant so if you are eating you also were viewing anyone trying to swim. No privacy for swimmers.

I booked a last minute reservation and was pleased starting with the airport shuttle to the room to the friendly staff. The only thing i would prefer would me that their dining room stay open longer as we were stuck with TGI Fridays most of the time as their dining room was not open enough

Hotel is located close to Airport in convenient location nice staff and spacious rooms. Would recomand this hotel and will come agains.
