The service and staff was great.
My family and I checked in on Monday and checked out on Saturday: for that many days, no one showed up to clean the room. Not once. We had to go ask for toilet paper and towels ourselves. Though staff was kind to hand it to us, we shouldn't have to have gone to ask ourselves. The door was a mess to open and shut b/c it was somehow off it's hinges. The toilet didn't flush unless we held the handle down for around 10-15 seconds. One evening there was a rain storm and the four floor ceiling leaked out in the hallway. My wife went down to let them know and they gave her a bucket and told her they'd have maintenance look at it. The bucket was right where my wife had placed it the morning we checked out. And, to top it off, the A/C didn't cool the room. We asked them to take a look, and they may have, but we couldn't tell.
The property was located close to a variety of shopping plazas but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Noone came in to clean my room and also the floor I stayed on was very noisy. If you have kids this isn't the place for them if you want them to go to sleep. Also, the staff wasn't friendly. Only the first person when I checked in interacted with me. This hotel and their staff need to step it up. Very disappointed.
The carpets in the hall were very dirty and stained. It smelled bad. Because of Covid they weren’t cleaning the rooms when you stayed more than one night, even though every other hotel they were. Seems like they should have cleaned the rooms more with Covid. We had 0 towels in our room and no one ever asked if we needed towels. We had to ask both days we were there. The people working there were nice though.
The room was not clean stains in shower and toilet. Did not replace towles. And did not vaccum.
Location and staff were great. Property was dirty covered with dust. Bathtub didn’t drain. They never corrected the problem during my 2 night stay. Trash and soiled towels were left in the hallway and got worse during my stay. Cigarette smoke smell everywhere though it was suppose to be nonsmoking. Ashes all over the window sill. Breakfast was terrible. No tea though coffee is available all day.
Housekeeping and cleanliness was very poor. The room was dusty, no hot water, toilet was sluggish and I was there for two nights and my room was not cleaned. I had to take out my own trash and go to the front desk to ask for more towels. My mother and sister traveled with my husband and me and their room was just as bad. We traveled to attend funeral services and a little comfort in our stay at your hotel would have gone a long way. Please advise the powers that be to make it mandatory to treat everyone that walk through your doors that they are welcome guests and treat them like you are happy that they chose you for their accomodations. The room was filthy, other people belongings were left in the room on top of old food that my 4 year old got ahold of. And the towels smelled of mildew. They advertise "family friendly" with a roll away bed or crib avail but at check in I was old "we don't got that here and besides there's now room in the room for all that" HIGHLY disappointed.
Poor maid service. Half the canle tv channels did not work
Very inviting staff and property. Very close to getting some to eat and shopping stores.

What a dump!!! They are remodeling the outside and it looks like a scene from a horror movie. Filthy, smelly. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Rooms filthy. Don’t stay here. Wish I could get my money back. Grosssssss!
The staff was great. The breakfast was very good. The location was good for our needs.
Rooms was clean property needs to upgrade the elevator looks like its from the Jefferson's and their no ice machines on the floors
