The staff at this property was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Did not like that the bathroom was in the room of the suite as opposed to an area that is accessible without going into the bedroom. The property should better specify the layout on the website.

Toilet was dirty. They also charged me with the parking . Your side said that it was parking free. You have to fix this for other customers. If you are traveling you pay for the night and for the parking. Next time I would park at the airport parking.

The room could be cleaned and the carpet need to be replaced, cleaned and vacuumed. The bed was very comfortable. The cook to order was good however, the buffet food needed to be hot and the scrambled eggs were too done. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Return shuttle from the airport took forever to pick us up. Was beginning to think we were stranded in the middle of the night when we got back from our trip. Stayed here several times before due to proximity to the airport but will be looking elsewhere next trip.

All the staff were friendly. The free water bottles were convenient for us while visiting for the tournament. Our suite room had a sink, microwave, and coffee maker. We will definitely stay here again.
