my shoes stuck to bathroom floor when I walked!!

Only complaint was at the breakfast buffet. They need to do a better job of watching kids playing in the food. I watched a young girl pick through the bacon with her hands.

The only unclean thing was the couch. It was very dirty with holes. Wasn't very warming to sit on.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa to sleep my wife, 4 young kids, and I. When we arrived at midnigh, exhausted, we were told they didn't have any more rooms with 2 queen beds. They only had rooms with 1 king. They offered to give us another room across the hall. The only reason we paid extra for a suite is because we aren't going to separate kids under 11 in a different room. The staff were unconcerned and being to tired to fight I just had my son sleep on cushions on the floor and the rest got beds. The breakfast was fine. The pool was ok. The hot tub was overflowing and had something floating in it.

The hotel was very modern and had nice ambience in the lobby and rooms. The staff was very friendly, everyone we passed in the hall or elevator always smiled and said hello back. The bathroom shower could have used more elbow grease but overall the room was great. Breakfast buffet was one of the best amenities. The few things we did not like were 1) the pool - indoor pool could use either less chemicals or more ventilation and 2) room service food was overcooked and dry. After waiting over an hour for it to arrive, it was not easy going down.

for us, the hotel was situated conveniently off i-70. The complimentary drinks in the evening were just what we needed after a long day on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful in determining where we had dinner. Overall, a great experience.

First off the room was not clean. There was dust and trash on the entry floor, food splatters on wall near microwave, dust on table, desk, and lamps. Upon further inspection there were clothing items left behind by previous guest behind curtain. The carpet was stained and not vacuumed. There was a chewed up straw on the TV Stand in plain sight and used coffee cups under bed. The bathroom toilet paper had some brown stains on the edges..ugh.... (I always bring my own). There was hair on the bed sheets...and just a feeling of uncleanness. when checking in the lady repeatedly stated that she did not allow parties and will throw people out if She knew they were having a party there. When I took my kids down to the pool there were at least three kids birthday parties going on. Which of course caused for overcrowding and the pool closed early about 9 o'clock . My children were upset, that was one of the main reasons we chose this Hotel for the indoor pool. some good notes to this hotel is that they do offer a manager's reception with pretty decent drinks, however only one bartender. And the cook to order breakfast its really nice So if that's not bad....I check out the next morning and realized that someone HIT MY CAR! the lady at the front desk was swift about calling her manager, however when he did come he walked out with me, he show very little empathy for my situation. They did not have surveillance cameras in the parking lot, so I don't know who did it. They never offered to call the police for me, I called them for myself, the manager did not wait around to see if everything was OK. I spent money in his hotel at least he could have given me that courtesy. This was the worst trip ever costing me over 6,000 dollars in damage. Needless to say I will never come back.

Our shuttle drivers were the best! We had to leave at 4am, and our driver was so nice! We told him when we were returning, and he passed off that information, and the shuttle was there within minutes of picking up our luggage. You do have to call the hotel for your return shuttle because they don't run on a regular schedule like on departures.

Everyone was nice. Room was very spacious. Long breakfast line and some of the plates were dirty.

Very nice stay without hesitation I will stay there again

Hotel was nice! Complimentary drinks made my day!!!!!! Staff was very well mannered and friendly

Ive stayed at the Embassy Suite St. Charles location several times & I love it!! this Brigeton location is horrible..the rooms are dirty the carpet has big red stains all over..there was light bulbs out inside of our hotel room and the bathroom had dishusting stains on the outside of the toilet..overall I was very unpleased but i can say the staff was really nice and tried to accomidate myself & my family

We stay at this location often and it works well as we visit family in florissant. The hotel has improved from a couple of years ago but rooms continue to have a musty smell.

The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was great.. The pool was crowded with kids from a birthday part when we were there after 9pm, so that was a little disappointing, but that is to be expected. The shuttle service to the airport was great.

Family was in town for the Cardinals-Cubs game. Great stay at Embassy Suites. Short drive to downtown and other areas of St. Louis. Driveway access is a little tricky but wouldn't deter me from staying again. Hotel staff was excellent!!! Wonderful breakfast and manager's reception was a plus as well. This Embassy was great as usual.

My sisters and I took off for a fun filled weekend in St. Louis. The location was perfect and not far away from all the sites we visited. The staff at the hotel was wonderful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay that much more fun and exciting. The managers reception was a blast and the breakfast was more than you could expect for. I highly recommend this hotel for fun or business trips. We will be back!

We found the hotel easy to locate and the building and room layout seemed well planned. But the carpet in the room was really in need of a good cleaning or replacement. The hotel seemed fully booked and the kitchen could not keep up with the crowd at breakfast. Probably understaffed. Reservations should have alerted personal that more people would be needed in kitchen area and housekeeping. We left our room at 9am, returned at 8pm. Our room had not been touched: no clean towels, toiletries, or clean room. We will not be staying there again. Would have addressed all this with front desk, but there was a long line trying to checkout. We had places to be, so just turned in our keys and left.

I chose Embassy Suites because I have had positive experiences with the chain in the past, but my timing may have been off this time. I chose Valentines' Day weekend which also happened to be the weekend that the City of St Louis was celebrating its 250th birthday. The hotel was crowded with kids under 12. There were several rooms with more than 5 kids, and for 2 days, I could hear them running and screaming in the hallways. The hotel was unquestionably understaffed for breakfast, items running out, slow replacements, insufficient staff for clearing off/cleaning the tables. At one point, I looked over the balcony down into the dining area and the mess left by the guests was horrendous. I went out to get a soda at the vending machine on my floor, and there was trash, trays, plates with covers and without, strewn around next to the machine. I had to push some of it aside to get to the machine. A hotel can't choose its guests, but some effort perhaps needs to be made to communicate to guests that certain behaviors are not acceptable. The carpet in my room had several stains. I am not one to complain even when things go wrong, assuming that nothing's perfect and that anyone can have a bad day. The front desk and housekeeping staff members were extremely cordial. The bartender pushed my drink in my general direction then pushed the napkin after. (I tipped him $5 after having my complimentary drink, took him aside, and politely informed him that he could triple his tips if he placed the napkin directly in front of his guest, looked them in the eyes to ask for the order, and place the drink on the napkin. I was kind, and he was appreciative). I ran into others staff members doing various jobs, cleaning the floor outside the elevators, delivering sheets to the floor, etc. All were extremely courteous. I left not certain whether Embassy Suites is no longer considered a "nicer" hotel, attracting a different "element," or whether ths one was just a little inferior to the others I've stayed in. The stained carpets alone would keep me from visiting this location again. I visit St Louis on average about 6 times a year, but I will pay a bit more to stay at a better hotel.
